In the spirit of No Good Deed Goes Unpunished, the New York Times bashed Hungary and its Prime Minister Viktor Orban for defending the nation’s freedom and sovereignty.
On Wednesday, the Times dedicated a big chunk of its above-the-fold real estate to picturing an Afghan family who experienced Hungary’s policy of detaining Muslim foreigners rather than welcoming Europe’s historic enemy.
If Hungary is indeed “hostile to migrants” as the Times says, that opposition has a deep historical cause of war and oppression.
But even as the Times criticizes “authoritarian” Orban, it admits “the rest of Europe is coming around to his approach.” Familiarity breeds contempt — particularly when the subject is barbarian Islam!
HORGOS, Serbia — Double rows of razor-wire fences. High-tech watch towers equipped with search lights, motion sensors, cameras and loudspeakers. Hungary’s border with Serbia, specially fortified in the last two years to keep out migrants and refugees, is anything but a welcome mat.
Now, add to those deterrents detention camps — small container villages surrounded by razor wire, with a tiny playground for children.
Hungary, which already had one of the toughest immigration policies in the European Union, last month rolled out a draconian new asylum procedure that will reduce applicants to a trickle — 10 people a day — and essentially put them in prison camps for months while their cases are decided. Even after that, if the recent past holds true, more than 90 percent are likely to be rejected.
By May, several hundred asylum seekers already in Hungary may also be relocated to the detention camps, evoking ugly and unavoidable echoes of rounding up Jews, Roma and others during World War II.
But if Hungary’s authoritarian prime minister, Viktor Orban, provoked a loud outcry from his European peers by slapping up a razor-wire border fence two years ago as hundreds of thousands of migrants flooded into Europe, this time the condemnation, at least from his political peers, is more muted.
It is a measure of just how much the winds have shifted in his favor and against asylum seekers in Europe as nationalist, populist, far-right movements present a potent threat in a year filled with important elections, next in France and Germany.
If anything these days, Mr. Orban feels a sense of vindication and insists that the rest of Europe is coming around to his approach. He may be right. Continue reading this article
No expression of liberal grief can be complete without a vigil, and London held a tasteful British one in Trafalgar Square on Thursday that included some Islam-is-peace propaganda.
The response behavior is painfully predictable and exhibits so little understanding of what kind of relentless enemy the West faces in Islam. Being nice and accommodating won’t work, a point that was emphasized by Ayaan Hirsi Ali when she was interviewed by Tucker Carlson on Wednesday.
TUCKER CARLSON: Why is it that so many on the left — internationally, in this country, in Great Britain, all through Europe — have so much trouble coming to terms with the religious component of this violence?
AYAAN HIRSI ALI: I don’t know. I acknowledge as you do that it’s masochistic, it’s stupid, and I think if you look at the Islamists, they don’t go to the liberals and say, “Thank you so much for letting us take over; we’ll stop terrorizing.” They don’t do it.
CARLSON: So what you’re saying is the Islamists don’t want sensitivity above all, that’s not their goal.
HIRSI ALI: No, Islamists want one thing and that is a sharia-compliant society and eventually the world. That’s what their aim is; it sounds crazy to you and me and everyone else, but that’s the objective. And they want to get there through dawa — this is infrastructure of indoctrinating people into accepting it and other ways of intimidating, you know, forcing them to do it and jihad — violence. And whoever is in their way is their enemy, and it doesn’t matter how nice the liberals are, how accommodating and obliging they are — that’s the objective of the Islamists. And if you don’t understand that, then I don’t think you should be in the business of making legislation, in the business of informed leadership because you’re just incapable of understanding that problem.
Britain needs to snap out of its PC snooze and recognize that the enemy is inside the gates.

Sunday’s Washington Post had a major front-page story highlighting Wednesday’s election in the Netherlands and how immigration is an important issue with voters.
Naturally, the Post is shocked that liberal Holland would reject open borders and Muslim diversity. It regards any deviation from the one-worlder doctrine to be “far right.” The paper observes, “the Netherlands has been relatively insulated from mass immigration” — but that’s only in comparison with neighbors like France that have turned into armed camps to keep their streets safe.
The article was clearly written before violent protests broke out among Turkish residents who were angered at the Netherlands blocking the Turkish foreign minister from visiting. The official intended to promote homeland politics among dual citizens to increase voter interest in an upcoming referendum that would give more power to President Erdogan. Dutch riot police used batons and water cannons to break up the thousands of Turks who had responded to social media calls for them to complain at their embassy in Rotterdam about the alleged insult. Erdogan called the Dutch “Nazi remnants” over the affront, so the situation is a diplomatic stinker.
The chaotic scene did not reflect well upon diverse immigration a few days before the Dutch election. The mess won’t hurt the candidacy of Geert Wilders, who fired off a strong message to Turkish citizens, telling them to forget about EU membership and an open border to the continent:

AMSTERDAM — Xandra Lammers lives on an island in Amsterdam, the back door of her modern and spacious four-bedroom house opening onto a graceful canal where ducks, swans and canoes glide by.
The translation business she and her husband run from their home is thriving. The neighborhood is booming, with luxury homes going up as fast as workers can build them, a quietly efficient tramway to speed residents to work in the world-renowned city center, and parks, bike paths, art galleries, beaches and cafes all within a short amble.
By outward appearances, Lammers is living the Dutch dream. But in the 60-year-old’s telling, she has been dropped into the middle of a nightmare, one in which Western civilization is under assault from the Muslim immigrants who have become her neighbors.
“The influx has been too much. The borders should close,” said Lammers, soft-spoken with pale blue eyes and brown hair that frames a deceptively serene-looking face. “If this continues, our culture will cease to exist.”
To Europe’s powers that be, the threat looks dramatically different but no less grave: If enough voters agree with Lammers and support the far right in elections here on Wednesday and across the continent later this year, then it’s modern Europe itself — defined by cooperation, openness and multicultural pluralism — that could come crashing down.
The stakes have risen sharply as Europeans’ anti-establishment anger has swelled. Dutch politician and freedom fighter Geert Wilders has an unusual but eminently sensible idea, namely that we westerners should reclassify Islam as a totalitarian political system rather than a religion. Treating violent Islam like a normal religion certainly misunderstands the ultimate purpose of the jihad movement, that of world conquest where the entire planet would be run according to repressive misogynous sharia law.
When the jihadists say a world caliphate is their aim, they are serious and dedicated to that goal. Hijrah should be a word more in common usage: it means jihad conquest accomplished through immigration, and the current situation of open borders into and within Europe is absolutely deadly.
Muslim followers see Islam as supplying a wholistic package — no Constitution is needed with the koran in hand!
Back to Geert Wilders, he recently sat down with Ezra Levant of Rebel Media for a half-hour chat about various subjects concerning politics and civilization. The whole thing is worth a listen, though I transcribed the section about reimagining Islam which seems particularly important now, when western societies are jumping through hoops to treat Muslims like Methodists. Imagine if Hitler had insisted the Nazi philosophy was actually a new religion, appropriate to modern times — some would have bought into the scam in order to be thought open-minded. Just as foggy liberals today accuse Islam critics of “racism.”
EZRA LEVANT: (19:40) All across the West, there’s a belief in freedom of religion. Is Islam more than just a religion?
GEERT WILDERS: Islam is NOT a religion. I know it sounds crazy, and I know I don’t get a lot of support for that idea, but I strongly believe that Islam might be dressed up as a religion: it has a holy book, it has a temple, it looks like a religion, but it’s more an ideology and a totalitarian ideology than a religion. You cannot compare it with Christianity and Judaism, and you should compare it with other totalitarian ideologies like communism or fascism. I always use one example to prove it — there are many more that — like in communism or fascism, the penalty is death if you want to leave it. I mean, you cannot leave Islam: if you are an apostate, if you are a renegade, the penalty is death, and even today in our societies, let alone in the Islamic societies, it is enacted upon, you know people ARE killed for that reason, and you can leave Christianity, you can leave Judaism.
So and the other point is that Islam wants to rule the world — as you know Islam means to subjugate, wants to rule and dominate and subjugate, not only the person’s life but also a whole society. The rule of God, the rule of allah, the rule of the Quran and the Hadith is the rule of the society. I’m not talking about all Muslims, I’m talking about the ideology, and the idea of ideology cannot integrate and assimilate in a society, it wants to dominate it and it wants to subjugate with violence.
The Quran is full of more violence and anti-semitism than Mein Kampf, for instance. People and academics have proved that, so our biggest mistake is, once again, the false equality that we say that Islam is a religion, so they have the freedom of religion. And I believe it’s not religion; it should not be treated as a religion, and the constitutional freedoms of religion do not apply to an ideology. We would not allow in Holland Nazi schools for instance — it’s another totalitarian ideology. Why do we have Islamic schools? Where young children at five, six, seven, eight years old that we want to integrate, get a job, get Dutch friends, participate fully and equally in the Dutch society are being caught up with the Quran and ideology of hate and thought . . .
We should stand up and be tolerant to the people or ideologies that are tolerant to us.
Rainer Wendt is the President of the German Police Union, and he has fearlessly spoken out about the failure of Germany’s plunge into mass Muslim immigration. In an earlier interview, he observed, “And then there’s criminality among the refugees, meaning, rapes of women and of children, massive use of violence, criminal activities such as exploitation, slavery, we see it all there.”
The current brief clip of a speech spells out how totally assimilation has failed among Muslims in Germany, and not just recently according to the officer. The reason is they come not as immigrants but as conquerors for allah.
Isn’t it time to stop inviting enemies inside the gates? Perhaps the electoral success of immigration restrictionists like Geert Wilders and Marine Le Pen in the next little while will shake up the open borders establishment in Europe.
RAINER WENDT: …and I don’t even know how people come up with the idea and belief that integration could work. It can’t function, and I can even tell you why: because here in Germany we have already impressively proven that we can’t do it.
And whoever doesn’t believe that, I will gladly invite to Berlin or to Bremen, the Ruhr area, the Rhineland. There we’ve been integrating for going on thirty years!
In Berlin alone we’ve got about twenty large families, twelve of them highly criminal, that number a few thousand people. Heroin, the weapons trade and human trafficking, the whole palette of organized crime, perfect parallel societies, with child marriage, forced marriage, so-called honor killings, genital mutilation… the whole program.
Not just since 2015, ladies and gentlemen, but for the past thirty years! There’s not just one — I’ve heard the example of the one woman with great interest — there are entire families that don’t speak one word of German. We have therefore already screwed this up thoroughly. In some parts of Berlin there even are special traffic laws! There are special courts. And we say: oh, well, just a little bit, that’ll surely work. And we are putting up with more and more.
It’s good news that the populist principle supporting nation-state government and rejecting globalism is sweeping Europe.
The European Union mega-state has been a dismal failure, particularly its Schengen rule of dissolving borders which allowed illegal aliens from the Middle East to swarm throughout the continent. Smaller, more local government is looking very appealing to voters sick of the distant, bureaucratic EU.
As a result, so-called “far right” candidates who have been dismissed for years by the media as fringe characters — particularly Geert Wilders and Marine Le Pen — are now coming on strong in upcoming elections. Even Angela Merkel, facing elections later in the year, has recently sought to mitigate the open borders disaster she created in Europe by promising increased deportations.
The Dutch election takes place in one month, and Geert Wilders is leading. The winds of change truly are blowing.
Campaigning for the Dutch election began on Wednesday with anti-Islam leader Geert Wilders frontrunner in a vote that will test the anti-establishment sentiment that swept Britain out of the European Union and Donald Trump into the U.S. presidency.
Wilders, a eurosceptic, anti-immigration fan of Trump, has dubbed the March 15 parliamentary election the start of a “Patriotic Spring” in Europe, where French and German voters go to the polls in May and September.
Wilders and his Party for Freedom has led in opinion polls for most of the past two years, but the fragmented political landscape means a coalition government of four or more parties is all but inevitable.
Dale Hurd sat down for an interview with the candidate last week. Wilders described the social conditions affecting politics, for example the crazy hate speech conviction foisted upon him (for suggesting fewer Moroccans) from activist judges, sending the message that any speech critical of Islam may be punished. In addition, the Dutch people have suffered under extreme austerity measures, such as pensions and healthcare for elderly being cut, while great sums have been spent on welfare for illegal aliens, aka “refugees.” The oppression of lawless immigration and its cultural consequences are what Geert Wilders plans to change.

But he told us why a victory still might not make him the next prime minister. Dale Hurd: After your recent conviction for hate speech, you didn’t sound very repentant, very sorry.
Wilders: No I’m not, you know, how can I be? I really said nothing wrong and the crazy Dutch jurisprudence – it’s not even our law – I think I’m the first Dutchman who was convicted for something that is not in the law because the judge decided that Moroccans, which as you know is a nationality, has to be seen as a race. Dale, the reason I said it was because 80 percent of the Dutch jihadists who go to fight in Syria are Moroccans. 80 percent. They are 22 times over represented when it comes to street crime, and 60 percent of the Moroccan youth under the age of 23 has been arrested at least once, so in any poll it proved that the majority of the Dutch people agreed with me about the Moroccans, and the judge said because of international jurisprudence, once again not even in the Dutch law, that Moroccans had to be seen as a race. So if you are in Holland, be careful not to say tomorrow that you don’t like French, German or Swedish food or people, you could be called a racist. Of course this is ridiculous. I did nothing wrong and that’s why I will appeal this crazy verdict.
Wilders’ strong stand against jihadist infiltration has made him a big target for hostile Muslims. In the photo below, he posed with his special security detail for his visit to Garland, Texas, and the Mohammed cartoon contest event in 2015. After Wilders left, a couple Muslims carrying AK-47s with high-capacity drum magazines attacked the venue but were shot dead by Garland police.
Heres’ the video ad. It emphasizes that a nation’s shared culture needs to be protected when under assault from open borders welcoming an unfriendly tribe. Wilders clearly hopes for a new birth of freedom to save the Netherlands and Europe from bad choices made about immigration.

Apparently people in the Netherlands are just as sick of elite opinion about the wonderfulness of diversity as Americans are. A recent poll from the country found an uptick in the favorability toward the political party run by MP Geert Wilders, the Party for Freedom (PVV).
A few days ago, Wilders was convicted of hate speech by a court for agreeing with a crowd of supporters that “fewer” Moroccans would be an advantageous policy and one he would pursue.
GEERT WILDERS: Dear friends, I still cannot believe it, but I have just been convicted. Because I asked a question about Moroccans. While the day before yesterday, scores of Moroccan asylum-seekers terrorized buses in Emmen and did not even had to pay a fine, a politician who asks a question about fewer Moroccans is sentenced. Incidentally, the Netherlands is one of the more densely populated nations on earth (#30 out of 241), so calling for less or zero immigration generally is entirely sensible.
(AFP) – The party of populist anti-Islam Dutch MP Geert Wilders has risen strongly in the polls since the lawmaker was tried and convicted of discrimination, according to a survey published Sunday.
If legislative elections due next March were held this week, Wilders’ Freedom Party (PVV) would pick up 36 out of 150 seats in the lower house of parliament, making it the biggest single political group, it found.
Before the trial began on October 31, the PVV was credited with 27 seats.

One of the nice things about political conventions is that interesting people show up on the periphery. One such is the Netherlands’ well known defender of free speech and safety from Islamic immigration invasion Geert Wilders, who met with sympatico Americans and was interviewed by a range of journalists.
Below, Wilders discusses policy with convention attendees.
The Dutch leader’s Twitter account showed him mixing with delegates and having a good time.
Wilders attracts media interest because they consider him controversial for telling the obvious truth about Islam and excessive immigration. He has said many times that “Islam and freedom, Islam and liberty are incompatible.” And for that reason, the West should not admit them as immigrants.
Wilders and CNN’s Christiane Amanpour had a few words regarding citizen anger about out-of-touch political leaders:
GEERT WILDERS: What is happening in the United States today as a matter of fact is the same as what is happening in Europe today: the people no longer feel represented by their political leaders. There is an enormous gap both here in America and Europe where people feel that problem when it comes to their jobs, when it comes to crime, when it comes to immigration or terrorism are not addressed by the political leaders. [. . .]
CHRISTINE AMANCOUR: So what is your solution, what is Mrs. Le Pen’s solution, what is the Brexit solution?
WILDERS: Well, we have a solution. First, Brexit is important, and I would like to have a Nexit. So first get off the European Union; second, make sure that when it comes to the immigration from Islamic countries that there will be a full stop.

The liberal press loves to assist hostile Muslims by telling us citizens that night is day regarding Islam, as in, “Who you gonna believe — me or your lyin’ eyes?” The media insist: Muslims are peace-loving — everybody knows that! The Bastille Day mass murder in France is no exception.
So it goes after every monstrous atrocity performed as an act of devotion to allah — “nothing to do with Islam, honest!” The more horrendous the murders, the more absurd are the declarations of innocence for the Religion of Pieces. Meanwhile the Koran and other Islam scriptures are dripping with blood and exhortations to violence.

Islam has been spread by the sword for 14 centuries: convert or die has been a successful strategy for them. Sophisticated Europe is falling into line just like the backward tribes of the Arabian Peninsula.
A recent example of Islo-denial needs a closer look — is it a gag? An actual statement by an Islamic cleric to show his disrespect of the victims? He certainly has no fear that his family will be mowed down in response — nope, westerners have been cowed into perfect dhimmi submission by political correctness. There’s no danger of any sort of physical backlash. The French won’t even demand that the hostile tribe who believes in the murder of infidels be deported to a more agreeable nation.

Islam had nothing to do with the truck attack in Nice which claimed the lives of at least 84 people, a local imam has said.
Driver Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhle mowed down terrified spectators at the Bastille Day celebrations on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice on Thursday night.
After being stopped by armed police the attacker opened fire on the officers before being shot dead at the scene
One witness claimed he shouted Allahu Akhbar at the wheel.
Local Imam Tawfik Bouhlel, who is not related to the attacker, condemned his actions, stating that he does not represent Islam.
He told iNews: “I’m terribly shocked by what has happened. I have lived in France for 35 years in peace and harmony with others and for such a thing to happen gives me the most profound sorrow.
“The name is not familiar to me, I don’t know this man. What I will be saying during our prayers is that we must pull together.
“What this man has done is unthinkable and to be completely condemned because every human being is sacred, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim, regardless of colour or religion.
“This has nothing to do with Islam. This man does not represent Islam. I am afraid that there are fanatics everywhere, in every neighbourhood. We can only defeat them together.”
The Dutch politician and founder of the Party for Freedom appreciates freedom in part because his is severely restricted from jihadists who want to kill him. Geert Wilders got a target on his back for being outspoken about the threat that Islam poses for Western liberty and he has lived for over a decade with 24/7 police protection.
Wilders recently posted a video in response to the jihad mass murders of the past several months to remind Western people of what we are fighting for — namely our freedom.
It’s good that he always remembers to mention the immigration component of our Islam problem. Letting historic enemies inside the gate is just stupid. The world is full of wars and horror, but modern politicians pretend that “enemy” is somehow an outmoded concept and any hostile jihadist on earth can be admitted as an immigrant. That must end.
“Western governments remain dangerously blind to the danger of Islamization. Islam is a religion of peace, they say but that is a lie.

Look at what happened in Orlando a few weeks ago.
Look at what happened last March at Brussels Airport and metro station.

Look at what happened in San Bernardino last December.
