Judge Declares Illegal Alien Families to Be Reconnected

When Judge Dana Sabraw demanded a couple weeks ago that the government reunify invader adults with their apparent children, it seemed an impossible task. But on Friday, the judge said the deed was accomplished to the degree possible.

Judge: Border family reunification ‘has been completed’, By Stephen Dinan, Washington Times, July 28, 2018

The judge overseeing the chaos from President Trump’s zero-tolerance border policy gave the government good marks for its efforts to reunify families, saying that for the parents the government has control over “that process has been completed.” [. . .]

He praised the government for meeting his strict deadlines, set in June, that forced agencies to scramble to reunite young children with parents by July 10, and the rest of the juveniles by this week.

He said the government managed to reconnect 1,820 children.

“The government can only reunify families over which it has control. and it has control over the families, the parents and children, in its custody,” Judge Sabraw said. [. . .]

This news may come as a blow to newspaper designers who have used emotive photos of foreign family reunifications to spice up their front pages while bashing President Trump as a meanie for enforcing immigration laws.

Funny, I don’t recall ever seeing a photo of an America victim of illegal alien crime on a newspaper front page — no sympathetic picture of shooting victim Kate Steinle, the murdered Bologna family or high school student Jamiel Shaw.

Below are a couple examples of alien sob story porn from the last few days — there were many others. And keep in mind, American citizen, that if you dragged your kid along to a crime, the government would confine you separately also.

Victim of Illegal Alien Crime Says She Wants America’s Government to Fight for Citizens

Courtney Hacking is not happy to see all the positive media coverage about illegal aliens bringing their kids as a ticket to cross the border because an illegal caused the death of her husband and two children.

Neil Cavuto interviewed her on Saturday, when there were demonstrations in American cities supporting the “rights” of illegal aliens not to be separated from their kids — an issue that the liberal press has pounced on hard.

Describing the crash that killed three members of her family, she noted, “On that day, my husband had picked up our son and daughter from the babysitter’s house and he was on his way home driving down 78 which was under construction at the time, two lanes, and an illegal immigrant fell asleep at the wheel. We’re not really sure what happened, but he swerved into my husband’s lane and it ended up being a head-on collision, and the van actually ended up on top of my husband’s car, and he died and those two children died.”

Unsurprisingly, Hacking supports strong enforcement of immigration laws. Answering Cavuto’s question of what she wants to see done, she stated, “I want to see our country be our country. . . At the moment I’m seeing our citizens being treated with less respect and common courtesy than illegal immigrants. We have people fighting and protesting for immigration policies and allowing them to stay, but nobody fights for us anymore, and I would like to see our government fight for us.”

Here’s an article from last year about the tiny sentence that the illegal alien killer of her husband and children got:

Texas woman blasts 2-year term for illegal immigrant who killed husband, 2 kids in crash, Fox News, October 7, 2017

A Texas woman is criticizing the two-year sentence an illegal immigrant received for killing her husband and two youngest children in a car crash last year.

Courtney Hacking told “Fox & Friends” Saturday that the sentence in a Texas state court doesn’t compensate her for the loss of her 36-year-old husband Peter, a volunteer firefighter, 4-year-old daughter Ellie and 22-month-old son Grayson in the accident.

“People think his crime and his punishment seem to fit because he was an illegal immigrant,” she said, referring to Mexican Margarito Quintero Rosales who pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide in connection with the crash. “But to me being illegal in the country was a crime on its own so I don’t understand how he did get only two years.”

She added, “To me I take it offensively. I take it personally.”

Cops say Quintero swerved into Hacking’s vehicle which was coming the other way when he fell asleep at the wheel, WFAA-TV reported.

The sentencing took place Sept. 29. The sentence was the maximum under state law, the station reported.

Quintero has been jailed since the accident. He will complete the sentence in about another 110 days.

He is serving that sentence as he serves a two-year federal sentence for reentering the U.S. illegally after being deported. Court records show he was charged with that crime after the accident and sentenced last month.

Quintero was also arrested after the crash for having no driver’s license, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Peter Hacking was driving Ellie and Grayson home after picking them up at the babysitter, according to the paper.

“I want our laws enforced,” Hacking said on “Fox & Friends.”

“The message needs to be put across to them that when you come to this country you need to do it legally because when they come here all they’re getting is…they’re committing crimes, they’re getting a slap on the wrist and they’re going back to Mexico or they’re going back to whatever country they came from.”

Her husband was a legal immigrant from England, she said.

Hacking is now caring for her other four children alone.

Federal Judge Complains about His Lucrative Job Sentencing Illegal Aliens

Here’s a new twist on the old sob story genre: instead of an illegal alien whining about America defending its sovereignty, the subject is immigration judge Robert Brack who gripes about separating families, as headlined on Saturday’s Los Angeles Times front page:

Wait, who’s separating families? What about the perps who choose to break US law with the purpose of stealing American jobs?

Even if illegals don’t directly rip off the employment of a US citizen, the presence of millions of foreigners drives down wages overall, as we know from the principle of supply and demand. As immigration George Borjas reported in “Immigration and the American Worker,” a 2013 CIS paper, “An increase in the number of workers leads to lower wages.”

Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime, and American workers are the ones who suffer. Any illegal who is working at a US job has committed theft, and should be locked up.

Brack complains long and loud about sentencing illegal aliens, but he soldiers on, perhaps because of receiving a generous paycheck of $201,100 a year as a federal judge from the taxpayers.

Below, the man whom the Christian Science Monitor called “America’s busiest judge.” in 2014.

The article was also printed in the San Diego paper:

Crackdown on immigrants takes a toll on federal judge: ‘I have presided over a process that destroys families’, San Diego Union-Tribune, May 24, 2018

Day in, day out, immigrants shuffle into Judge Robert Brack’s courtroom, shackled at the wrist and ankle, to be sentenced for the crime of crossing the border.

The judge hands down sentences with a heavy heart. Since he joined the federal bench in 2003, Brack has sentenced some 15,000 defendants, the vast majority of them immigrants with little or no criminal record.

“See, I have presided over a process that destroys families for a long time, and I am weary of it,” said Brack one day in his chambers in Las Cruces. “And I think we as a country are better than this.”

Brack’s court in rural southern New Mexico is swollen with immigration cases, the migrants brought to his courtroom by the dozen. They exchange guilty pleas for “time served” sentences, usually not more than two months on the first or second offense. They leave his court as felons.

For years, federal authorities in this area along the New Mexico border have taken a distinctively hard-line approach to enforcing immigration law, pursuing criminal charges rather than handling cases administratively. Essentially, authorities here have already been carrying out the “zero tolerance” policy Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions unveiled in April, when he announced that all immigrants who cross the border will be charged with a crime.

Together, the Border Patrol and U.S. attorney’s office in New Mexico bring charges against nearly every eligible adult migrant apprehended at the state’s border, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That amounted to 4,190 prosecutions last fiscal year.

Vigorous enforcement in New Mexico is a result of ample bed space in the state’s border county jails and a “fast-track” system that prosecutes nonviolent migrants quickly. The state also doesn’t face the volume of illegal crossings that south Texas does, for example.

“It is an efficient process,” says U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico John Anderson. “That is one of the key features that allows us to implement 100% prosecutions.”

For Judge Brack, it’s a punishing routine. And it has been building for a long time. Back in 2010, the judge had been on the federal bench seven years, his docket overloaded with immigration cases, when “at some point I just snapped,” he said.

He sat down to compose a letter to President Obama to call for a more compassionate approach to immigration, one that would keep families together and acknowledge that the demands of the labor market drive immigration:

I write today because my experience of the immigration issue, in some 8,500 cases, is consistently at odds with what the media reports and, therefore, what many believe.

I have learned why people come, how and when they come, and what their expectations are. The people that I see are, for the most part, hardworking, gentle, uneducated and completely lacking in criminal history. Just simple people looking for work.

(Continues)

If there’s one thing America doesn’t need, it’s millions of additional uneducated foreigners. Judge Brack must believe in the idea of America as a flophouse that exists for the betterment of the Third World, rather than a nation that protects its law-abiding citizens. Importantly, the tech future of employment requires a well educated workforce, not Hondurans with a fifth-grade education.

Anyway, on a planet where the population is approaching eight billion persons, the dissatisfied of the world need to stay home and fix their own countries.

MS-13 Gang Threatens to Murder Police in Long Island

On gang-infested Long Island, the MS-13 thugs have upped their game by threatening to murder police officers. The cops must be effective in law enforcement to elicit such a response.

Never forget that the Obama Administration Knowingly Admitted MS-13 Gangsters to America because open borders were a big thing for his administration.

The resulting gang explosion has caused preventable crime including murders in areas where the MS-13 killers reside, and endangering American kids in schools that the gangsters attend.

President Trump invited parents of illegal alien crime victims to his first State of the Union speech, giving special attention to the MS-13 murder victims.

Tucker Carlson has been following the MS-13 problem, even visiting El Salvador last year, and he recently interviewed a top cop about the escalation. The gang’s message is they intend to murder police — “just like in El Salvador.”

This is where open borders have gotten America.

TUCKER CARLSON: Meanwhile MS-13 has been terrorizing ordinary people — mostly immigrants, by the way — in this country for years. It’s the deadliest gang in America and it seems to be turning its sights against American law enforcement. That’s not our take, that’s what they’re saying in recent weeks.

Long Island police have arrested several gang members and according to informants, leaders are telling their foot soldiers quote “it is time to take the streets back and shoot a cop like we do in El Salvador.”

They shoot a lot of cops in El Salvador: they run the country.

Patrick Ryder is commissioner of the Nassau County Police Department; he joins us tonight. So our understanding of MS-13 is up until now they’ve committed a lot of crimes, a number of high-profile killings, but mostly they haven’t targeted law enforcement. You think that’s changing

PARICK RYDER: Well we got our threat last Wednesday: they decided that they were going to put out notice to foot soldiers that you were going to take a cop’s life — just like they do in El Salvador.

CARLSON: So why the change?

RYDER: They don’t like the fact that we’ve increased our enforcement. We’re going after the MS-13 and all our gangs out here in Long Island. So from the increased enforcement, they decided they were going to act back. Well in return, we’re gonna act back.

CARLSON: Where are these people coming from?

RYDER: Most of them are crossing from the borders of both Mexico and Texas. They find their way up into the New York area where there is work for most migrant workers, but again those who don’t join the gangs, they get threatened by the gangs to join them, and they go after the young kids and try to flip them.

Nearly 400 Sheriffs Demand Congress Enact Immigration Enforcement

Sheriff Thomas Hodgson of Bristol County, Massachusetts, appeared on Fox News Thursday to discuss his letter from 380 of the nation’s sheriffs to Congress insisting on real border security. The level of lawlessness is making it impossible for sheriffs to keep the peace and ensure public safety.

Spare Audio:

SHERIFF THOMAS HODGSON: “The sheriffs are at a point now in this country where they’ve watched the inaction of Congress for 20 years on this issue of particularly the security aspects of immigration reform to a point now where it’s impacting our ability to be able to keep the people of our community safe. We have elected officials who are basically telling the illegals that they need to come out of the shadows while at the same time you have people like Attorney General Becerra in California saying we want you citizens and legal residents to go into the shadows, and if you attempt to cooperate with law enforcement to keep your community safe, we’re going to prosecute you. We can’t have that in America.”

See a PDF of the sheriffs’ letter here. Text follows below:

March 21, 2018

Dear Member of Congress:

Congress must act to pass legislation to secure our borders through enforcing immigration laws, tightening border security, support the replacement and upgrades to current barriers and fencing and construction of barriers along the U.S. and Mexico international boundary as requested by those areas where it is needed, suspending and/or monitoring the issuance of visas to any place where adequate vetting cannot occur, end criminal cooperation and shelter in cities, counties, and states, and have zero tolerance and increased repercussions for criminal aliens.

I stand firm with my fellow Sheriffs throughout our nation to have our borders secured first, in full cooperation and support of our promise and mission to uphold and enforce our nation’s laws, and we expect nothing less from Congress.

As elected Sheriffs, we have taken an oath to do everything in our power to keep our citizens and legal residents, our communities, and our nation safe. Year after year, we have been warning the Federal government about detrimental increases in transnational drug trafficking, gang violence, sex trafficking, murder, and other escalating incidents of crime by illegal aliens entering our country. Because Congress has failed to enact the necessary reforms, our citizens and legal residents face even greater dangers, our national security is more vulnerable, and our enforcement efforts have been seriously compromised.

Sadly, today some state and local officials have been enacting policies and giving lawbreakers shelter from being rightfully prosecuted and removed from our communities. In fact, these same laws forbid law enforcement agencies from cooperating with one another, and go as far as forcing the release of dangerous criminals into our communities exposing our citizens and legal residents to be victimized once again.

In a recent announcement a certain state has even stated that they will prosecute law-abiding, hardworking business owners if they cooperate with law enforcement to identify and remove lawbreakers from the community drives our justice system to a new low. We cannot have lawabiding citizens threatened with criminal prosecution for cooperating with the very people who they trust to protect them.

The Sheriffs of this nation and all our law enforcement partners understand that the oath we took to uphold and enforce our laws is the guarantee that they can trust us to preserve their safety and protect their well-being.

The failure of Congress to create legitimate and comprehensive immigration reform for more than 20 years has dramatically undermined our ability to keep our communities safe. This not only puts our law enforcement at serious risk for danger, but further puts them in an untenable situation of violating our oath and promise to enforce the law.

Further delay and inaction on immigration reform will cost more innocent lives, more financial hardships, and an even greater decline in the public trust that is essential to the preservation of our Republic.

Without border security and immigration reform, more Americans will continue to be victims of crime. Now is the time to act!

Las Vegas: Police Arrest MS-13 Gangsters after 10 Murders in a Year

MS-13 gang crime, particularly murders (their favorite, apparently), has increased in recent years following the well advertised open borders of the Obama administration. So it’s good to see some arrests made in Las Vegas, although five apprehensions are just a pin prick on an organization of 10,000 members in the US whose gang initiation is killing someone.

A Fox News report on Tuesday noted that a decline in prosecutions in the nineties and the gang’s recruitment of illegal alien minors here have led to a resurgence. Furthermore, reporter William La Jeunesse remarked that “it’s rare” for MS-13 members to be US citizens, and many are held on immigration violations as a result.

The following map shows MS-13 crime locales in 22 states since 2012:

Never forget that part of the reason for the spread of the MS-13 gang was President Obama’s encouragement of illegal aliens from Central America to flock here en masse. And so they did, including many criminals among the thousands of unaccompanied minors welcomed at the time. As immigration scholar Jessica Vaughan observed, “But when the gang leadership decided to launch a more concerted effort to enlarge in the United States, it was able to take advantage of the Obama administration’s catch-and-release policies for unaccompanied minors apprehended at the border to move in younger members from Central America.”

In February, Vaughan authored a sobering Center for Immigration Studies report, MS-13 Resurgence: Immigration Enforcement Needed to Take Back Our Streets which should be required reading for every member of Congress.

Here are more details about the gang arrests in Las Vegas:

Las Vegas: MS-13 Gang Responsible for 10 Murders in Last Year, Breitbart.com, March 26, 2018

The violent El Salvadorian MS-13 gang is responsible for at least ten murders in Clark County, Nevada, Sheriff Joe Lombardo announced on Monday.

Lombardo said during the news conference that two of the murders by MS-13 occurred in 2017, while the other eight took place this year. All the murders by the gang occurred within a 12-month span, with the latest murder happening less than a week ago, Lombardo confirmed.

“The suspects involved in these crimes are extremely violent and killed their victims over as little as identifying with another gang or participating in street level narcotic sales,” Lombardo said. “All the victims were either shot or stabbed numerous times.”

Lombardo said his sheriff’s department is “confident” that the MS-13 gang members involved in the murders have been located and arrested.

Another official said one victim that had been shot and stabbed multiple times was a former MS-13 gang member. Weeks later, police discovered another murder victim of the gang who had been shot and stabbed. He too was a current or former MS-13 gang member.

The other victims, according to police, were involved with Mexican gangs.

In late 2017, Breitbart News reported how about one-third of the 215 MS-13 gang members arrested that month across the U.S. were unaccompanied minors who had illegally crossed into the country and were later resettled in the country.

Denver Has an Illegal Alien Crime Problem — Including a Mystery Victim

The case of the illegal alien released by Denver after killing a man in a hit-and-run crash is troubling for several reasons. Of course, freeing an unlawful Mexican who had caused a death is a total failure of law enforcement: Ivan Gerardo Zamarripa-Castaneda paid his extremely low bail ($25,000, meaning he paid only $2500 actual cash) and is highly unlikely to return to face trial without being found and re-arrested by police. Isn’t an illegal alien a flight risk by definition?

At least the perp Castaneda is self-decorated enough to make identification easy.

But a curious aspect of the case is the non-identification of the victim, the truck driver who was burned to death because of Castaneda’s hit and run. The crime occurred more than a week ago, yet the victim remains unnamed, which is unusual. The authorities know who he is: a “57-year-old driver” as reported in the press. But they don’t want us to know the victim’s identity. Why?

A name and especially a photo of the victim make the crime more real in an emotional sense to the public, rather than just another statistic. Open borders have a real human cost, and the citizens need to see it.

In addition, burning to death is a terrible way to die. On 9/11, an estimated 200 people chose to jump from the World Trade Center rather than be burned to death.

A Monday report on Fox News discussed how the Denver sheriff got the paperwork he wanted a short time after releasing the Mexican Castaneda. Now the sheriff is embarrassed about the well publicized screw-up and is calling for a review of procedures.

UPDATE:

Victim identified in fatal I-70 crash, 9News.com, March 12, 2018

The suspect in the March 3rd accident was wanted by ICE, but bonded out of jail on Sunday before ICE was notified.

The person who was killed in traffic accident on I-70 near Brighton Blvd. last weekend has been identified as John Anderson.

Anderson, 57, was pronounced dead at the scene on Sunday, March 4, according to the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.

So it took eight days for authorities to name the victim. Even if he and his personal effects had been badly burned, the truck and his job would have led to his identity. It’s still odd that naming the victim took so long.

Despite Oakland Hiccups, Immigration Enforcement Continues in Northern California

Mayor Libby Schaaf may have deterred ICE from arresting illegal aliens in Oakland for a day with her warning shenanigans, but there are plenty more Mexicans, et al to be expelled — this is California, for Pete’s sake. No shortage of arrestables here.

Illegal aliens get a free trip home — what’s wrong with that?

So reporter Claudia Cowen of Fox News went on a ride-along with some ICE agents as they arrested their way through Napa, of the famous wine country. The important point was noted by the ICE leader Matt Albence: it’s safer for all concerned when arrests are made in the jails rather than at people’s houses or workplaces.

But elite California loves their cheap labor, er diversity, so they have to make the process of law enforcement difficult. Fortunately, President Trump and ICE honcho Thomas Homan weren’t going to stop just because of some sanctuary state mumbo-jumbo.

CLAUDIA COWEN: Even as the mayor of Oakland was tipping off the illegal immigrants that federal enforcement raids were imminent, Fox News rode along as ICE officers moved out across Northern California, targeting homes since sanctuary laws prevent them from making arrests at local jails and detaining more than a hundred people like this multiple felon and deportee in Napa.

MATT ALBENCE, ICE ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL CHIEF: I don’t know what benefit there is to allowing individuals that are here illegally committing crimes against innocent victims and oftentimes against those same individuals in these communities that these politicians are purporting to support.

COWEN: Speaking exclusively to Fox News, the head of ICE Enforcement and Removal blasted Mayor Libby Schaaf, saying her decision to announce the raids and suggest targeted illegal immigrants refused to cooperate, put lives at risk.

ALBENCE: We have officers that are sworn law enforcement officers, federal law enforcement officers, upholding the Constitution and the oaths that they took, and we have a politician that’s going to try to score cheap political points on the backs of the men and women of ICE, and that’s unconscionable.

COWEN: Schaaf said she had a duty to warn families ICE was coming.

MAYOR LIBBY SCHAAF: Many decisions that I make have risks and rewards. I do not regret sharing this information. I felt that it was my duty to share the information I had.

COWEN: But ICE officials say they’re asking the Department of Justice to look into whether she violated any laws, and if so, hold her accountable for protecting people who are breaking the law by being in the country illegally. ICE officials argue if politicians are truly concerned about the impact of raids in their communities they should return to a policy that had been in place for decades and allow them to detain criminal illegal immigrants at the jail once they’re released from local custody.

Illegal Alien Crime Gets Front Page Coverage Because of NFL Victim

Most victims of illegal alien crime don’t get headline coverage because they aren’t famous. That is not the case with NFL athlete Edwin Jackson of the Colts whose face appeared on the Indianapolis Star on Monday:

On Tuesday, the paper used its front page to inform readers that the drunk driver was a twice-deported illegal alien from Guatemala, Manuel Orrego-Savala.

Of course there are thousands of ordinary Americans who have been killed, robbed, raped, kidnapped, stolen from and otherwise harmed by illegal aliens with much less attention. Friends of public safety were therefore grateful for the spotlight on these crime victims by candidate Trump during his campaign and also during his State of the Union speech.

In the current case, the Guatemalan now under arrest for the double death was deported twice, yet he returned again. According to the law, illegal re-entry is a felony, but that crime rarely receives the maximum punishment, namely prison. Candidate Trump promised to propose legislation establishing mandatory, minimum federal prison sentences for people who illegally re-enter the country which would certainly chill that crime.

It is tragic to see another young person die at the hands of a drunk-driving illegal alien, but hopefully there will be more attention paid to this continuing and preventable problem.

Suspect in Colts’ Edwin Jackson, Uber driver deaths previously convicted for drunk driving in California, Indianapolis Star, February 5, 2018

The man suspected of driving drunk and fatally striking an Indianapolis Colts player and his Uber driver early Sunday had twice been deported and was in the country illegally, police confirmed Monday.

Police say Manuel Orrego-Savala, 37, had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when he hit and killed Edwin Jackson, a 26-year-old Colts linebacker, and 54-year-old Jeffrey Monroe, Jackson’s Uber driver, around 4 a.m. Sunday.

Orrego-Savala is from Guatemala, according to Indiana State Police. He was first deported in 2007 and again in 2009 following arrests in San Francisco, according to a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ICE officials say Orrego-Savala has a prior conviction in California for driving under the influence.

The circumstances of his Sunday arrest emerged as the latest case to draw in politicians and activists, particularly as President Donald Trump and Congress debate immigration changes as another budget deadline looms this week.

The video report below provides a good description of the crime:

MS-13 Victim Parents Are Guests at Trump’s State of the Union Speech, As Earlier Supporters Reject His Amnesty

President Trump’s earlier supporters among illegal alien crime victims won’t be present for his major address because most if not all are deeply disappointed in his political flipflop in giving unlawful foreigners amnesty and eventual citizenship. As a result, there will be a new cast of characters in the crime victim category, those who lost loved ones at the hands of brutal MS-13 gangsters.

Some of those early supporters spoke at the podium of the Republican nominating convention and appeared during the campaign.

Below, illegal alien crime victim families appeared with candidate Trump in 2016, including Jamiel Shaw Sr. at the podium and Sabine Durden standing next to Trump.

Now, those original crime victim families are hurt and appalled at the president’s U-turn to amnesty for so-called Dreamers:

Remembrance Project families that campaigned for Trump call amnesty a ‘slap in the face’, Washington Times, January 25, 2018

They hugged him, they endorsed him, they appeared on stage after stage in the campaign with him — and now the victims of immigrant crime say President Trump delivered a “slap in the face” after he embraced a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrant Dreamers.

Laura Wilkerson, the mother of brutally murdered Josh, appeared on a Fox News show last week and said, “We don’t owe them anything,” and observed that the DACA amnesty sets a terrible precedent for the crimes of the parents to be rewarded with citizenship for the offspring.

Jamiel Shaw Sr., whose son was murdered by an illegal alien gangster just feet from the safety of the family home, recently tweeted that DACAs are owed deportations, period.

Sabine Durden gave a passionate speech about the loss of her beloved son Dominic at the National Republican Convention where Donald Trump was nominated to be president. Now she is deeply disappointed by the betrayal from the man she once called her “hero.”

So President Trump’s illegal alien amnesty scheme has destroyed the trust of some of his most loyal supporters. They have been thrown under the bus and are being replaced at the big speech by some new faces of illegal alien crime. It’s regrettable that the public will learn the horror of MS-13 savagery only after the bad faith shown toward the president’s early defenders.

In fact, the MS-13 gangsters are some of the most brutal monsters on the planet, yet were knowingly admitted during Obama’s illegal alien border surge and have come to terrorize parts of Long Island and Maryland.

The crime victim parents being highlighted in the State of the Union lost their high school daughters to MS-13 gangsters.

Martha McCallum of Fox News interviewed the parents of Kayla Cuevas after the president’s Long Island speech on July 28, 2017 to talk about the murder of their daughter by MS-13 gangsters. Kayla and her friend were brutally beaten and slashed to death after Kayla got into a disagreement on social media with some gangsters who attended high school with them. (How screwed up is it when MS-13 killers attend high school with our citizen kids?!)

Below, high school girls Nisa Mickens (left) and Kayla Cuevas (right) were murdered by MS-13 gangsters.

It’s reported the parents of both girls will attend the speech.

Trump Guests for SOTU Include Parents of Children Murdered by MS-13, CNS News, January 29, 2018

(CNSNews.com) – The White House on Monday released the details of those who will be guests of President Donald Trump at his first State of the Union address on Tuesday.

Among those who will be seated in first lady Melania Trump’s box are Elizabeth Alvarado, Robert Mickens, Evelyn Rodriguez, and Freddy Cuevas, parents of two girls murdered by MS-13 gang members.

In March 2017, police arrested more than a dozen MS-13 gang members for the murders of 15-year-old Nisa Mickens and 16-year-old Kayla Cuevas in Long Island, N.Y. Their bodies were found in September 2016. Both had been brutally beaten.

Authorities say Cuevas had been “marked for death” because of a feud with gang members on social media, and Mickens had just been “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

President Trump Slams Democrats for Protecting Illegal Alien Criminals

In response to the Democrats closing the government to force an amnesty for DACA and Dreamer illegals, the White House produced a video ad that correctly connects open borders with preventable crime.

The foul-mouthed criminal shown in the video is Luis Bracamontes, the Mexican who is currently being tried for murdering two California officers, Sacramento County Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County Detective Michael David Davis Jr., shown below:

There is no question that the President takes illegal alien crime very seriously. Candidate Donald Trump highlighted the crime victims of illegal aliens, including giving them a platform at the Republican convention. In his acceptance speech for the presidency at the convention he said:

On Monday, we heard from three parents whose children were killed by illegal immigrants Mary Ann Mendoza, Sabine Durden, and Jamiel Shaw. They are just three brave representatives of many thousands. Of all my travels in this country, nothing has affected me more deeply than the time I have spent with the mothers and fathers who have lost their children to violence spilling across our border.

These families have no special interests to represent them. There are no demonstrators to protest on their behalf. My opponent will never meet with them, or share in their pain. Instead, my opponent wants Sanctuary Cities. But where was sanctuary for Kate Steinle? Where was Sanctuary for the children of Mary Ann, Sabine and Jamiel? Where was sanctuary for all the other Americans who have been so brutally murdered, and who have suffered so horribly?

These wounded American families have been alone. But they are alone no longer. Tonight, this candidate and this whole nation stand in their corner to support them, to send them our love, and to pledge in their honor that we will save countless more families from suffering the same awful fate.

We are going to build a great border wall to stop illegal immigration, to stop the gangs and the violence, and to stop the drugs from pouring into our communities. I have been honored to receive the endorsement of America’s Border Patrol Agents, and will work directly with them to protect the integrity of our lawful immigration system.

Here are the parents Trump mentioned, Jamiel Shaw Sr., Mary Ann Mendoza and Sabine Durden, with pictures of their lost sons below:

President Donald Trump is working to build the wall and keep out dangerous foreigners to protect the American people. Democrats have different idea: they prefer open borders and permissive immigration to welcome future D-voters.

Seven-Times-Deported Mexican Stabs Shopper in Santa Rosa

The violent crimes just keep on coming in open-borders California (now a Sanctuary for illegal aliens). A seven-times deported Mexican stabbed a man as he was eating at a table in Lola’s Market in Santa Rosa.

Lola’s food selection appeals to a Mexican clientele — so is the place some kind of drug connection hangout? Or is something else going on with the two men? Perhaps the Mexican, Ricardo Velasquez-Romero, is just a psycho who is into stabbing. Whatever the details in this case, years of open borders have left America a far more dangerous place.

The unnamed victim had life-threatening injuries when he was taken to the hospital but was later upgraded to stable. The stabber was charged with attempted murder.

The perp was deported seven times for multiple criminal convictions for drugs and weapons charges, although there is no mention of jail time being served.

Yet even with California’s public safety eroding from illegal alien crime, the state Attorney General Xavier Becerra has promised to prosecute employers who cooperate with federal immigration officials. Protecting illegal aliens is Job #1 in Sacramento these days.

Illegal immigrant accused of stabbing stranger in neck at California market had been deported seven times, Fox News, January 18, 2018

A man accused of an “unprovoked and brutal stabbing” at a market in California last month is an illegal immigrant with a criminal record who had been previously deported seven times, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman told Fox News.

Ricardo Velasquez-Romero, 39, who also goes by the name Eulalio Miniz Orozco, was arrested last month after local police say he stabbed a 61-year-old man in the neck at Lola’s Market in Santa Rosa on Dec. 21.

Department of Homeland Security databases indicate Velasquez-Romero “has been repatriated to his native Mexico seven times since 2007,” a spokesman for ICE said.

“Records indicate Mr. Velasquez also has multiple prior criminal convictions, including those from felony drug and weapons charges,” said James Schwab, a spokesman in San Francisco for ICE.

Schwab said ICE has placed a detainer on the suspect with the Sonoma County Jail, indicating a desire to take custody of him when released from local custody, and “continues to closely monitor the legal proceedings of Mr. Velasquez.”

At the time of the stabbing, Santa Rosa Police said the victim and the suspect had been sitting at different tables in the restaurant and had not spoken to each other.

“At one point, the suspect stood up and walked toward the victim,” the local police said a news release. “The suspect had an unknown stabbing instrument in his hand and stabbed the victim once in the neck. The suspect then fled the area on foot.”
