She clearly hates America, shown by her comments in the magazine Vogue Arabia that living here is an “everyday assault” to her diverse identity.

]]>TRACE GALLEGHER: The case was initially assigned by the Department of Justice to an FBI agent: now Democratic Congresswoman Ilan Omar is reportedly also being looked at by Customs and Immigration Enforcement or ICE and the Inspector General for the Department of Education.
The Blaze is reporting the allegations include perjury, immigration fraud, tax fraud, student loan fraud and possibly bigamy. The investigation is focused on Omar’s 2009 marriage to Ahmed Nur Said Elmi who Judicial Watch claims is her biological brother that she married to skirt immigration laws.
And now there’s allegations the marriage might also have been used to obtain illegal student loans and that while she was married to Said Elmi, Omar allegedly filed illegal joint tax returns with Ahmed Hirsi. He’s the father of her three children who she religiously married in 2002, separated from in 2008, then legally married him in 2018 before legally divorcing him.
Omar calls the allegations baseless yet refuses and has four months to answer questions or turn over any documents, though soon she may be compelled to turn over those documents and answer questions.
Syria had a pre-war population of around 22 million, but six million left during the conflict. First world leaders should consider population numbers before putting out the national welcome mat these days.
Anyway, one big result has been increased crime in Germany, thanks to the Middle Eastern diversity, and some Germans have departed for safer, less diverse Hungary.

But what has Germany become? Not what some had hoped. And the proof of that can be found in Hungary, about two hours west of Budapest, at a place called Lake Balaton. Why mark the thirtieth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall from a lake in Hungary? Because it’s where a lot of Germans have fled to who are fed up with Angela Merkel’s new Germany.
Germans Fleeing Migrant Crime
The Lake Balaton region is full of Germans who have moved here for all sorts of reasons, but a local real estate agent told us the biggest reason is migrant crime in Germany. ”At the moment our clients are 80 percent German,” Hungarian Real Estate Agent László Kozma told us, “And the main reason is the immigration problem in Germany.”
Kozma says the number of Germans moving to Lake Balaton spiked immediately after Chancellor Angela Merkel allowed over a million mostly Muslim asylum seekers into Germany in 2015, while Hungary has turned migrants away.
“Yes, yes, yes, this is the reason,” Kozma says. “They want to escape to Hungary and live here permanently.”
They include Germans like Gerhardt Boehm, who told us he would never move back. He feels safe in Hungary.

Along with the conquering comes the idea of Islamic superiority even though their societies are basket cases.
Omar seems to share the attitude of superiority, apparent in her disrespect for western law and culture. Born in Somalia, she lived with her family in a Kenya camp until the US rescued them as refugees in the mid-1990s, although there is evidence she entered by claiming relation to persons who were not her family. She apparently married her brother so he could scam his way into America. After so much generosity, Omar complains about the nation that rescued her and says living here is “an everyday assault.”
She can’t even be bothered to follow the laws of the Congress to which she was elected — unimportant infidel details, she may think.

]]>TUCKER CARLSON: Congressman Ilhan Omar is back in the news again. In newly released divorce papers, a claim has made that she has had a long term affair with a political consultant — her political consultant named Tim Mynett.
A new complaint says Omar’s involvement with Mynett may have violated campaign finance laws. Peter Flaherty is Chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center, and he joins us tonight. Peter, thanks very much for coming on.
PETER FLAHERTY: Good evening.
CARLSON: So typically, we don’t jump into people personal lives because, it’s kind of no one’s business, I think. But in this specific case, you have an allegation that a relationship like this could violate the law. How would that work?
FLAHERTY: Well, the problem here is that private actions may have resulted in violations of the law, the Federal Election Campaign Act. And in this case, you have Representative Ilhan Omar’s campaign paying for the travel of a political consultant with which it’s alleged that Representative Omar is having an affair.
Now, that opens the possibility that campaign funds are being used for personal purposes, which is strictly prohibited. And it has ended the careers of many of a politician.
You know, Representative Duncan Hunter, Republican from San Diego, he may be on his way to jail for using campaign funds for personal uses, including facilitating extramarital affairs.
CARLSON: Interesting. So what would you need to show that?
FLAHERTY: Well, we’ve asked for an investigation by the Federal Election Commission. These are violations of Election Law. If they’re willful, it’s possible it could trigger an investigation by the Justice Department and we do hope that takes place.
But in our complaint, we cited two things. Number one, the failure to itemize travel by this consultant named Tim Mynett. The Federal Election Commission regulations are very specific about travel. If you have to report as individual disbursements any amount over $200 in the aggregate, you know, your hotel, your airfare, whatever.
But Omar on a report simply reported lump sum payments to an LLC owned by Mynett, which is a clear violation. Now that sounds technical, and it sounds a little nitpicking, but as an ethics group, we always look for technical violations in hopes of finding out the more serious improper activity that they are calculated to conceal.
CARLSON: Sure. The stuff hangs on technicalities. I mean, that’s what it is. It’s an accumulation of technical violations. So, Omar, in addition to being I would say, ideologically on the wrong side, seems very sleazy.
I mean, every time you press a little bit into her personal life, you can’t get a straight answer. There seems to be quite a bit of deception. That may not even be your real name. She may have married her brother. Then you have this? Has she shed any light on this at all? Has she responded to questions — your questions about it?
FLAHERTY: Well, I understand today that she denied everything. And that was curious to us because the violations about reporting the travel, they are straightforward, unambiguous violations and any election law expert would tell you that.
Now the more serious matter of whether she was having an affair with Tim Mynett, and used campaign funds to facilitate his traveling around the country with her. Well, we can’t state that we know that conclusively. But we’re saying that there’s enough circumstantial evidence for the FEC to launch an investigation, and we hope they do.

It’s a familiar story: American troops need local help to be more effective in stomping the bad guys, and those helpers then must be rescued and resettled in the USA because they can no longer live in their homeland — which seems a failure of the whole project somehow. And the worse the war goes, the more foreigners must be saved from living in their country and plunked down in some American town far from Washington DC where the decisions were made. One thinks of Vietnam, where the failure there brought a flood of refugees and boat people to the point where well over a million now reside in this country.
Now the US is mucking about in jihad territory, with troops in Syria, Iraq and Yemen. We can see that this means more muslim immigrants, which is exactly what America does not need.
Muslims seem to come with a recessive jihad gene that may suddenly pop into activity in the younger generation. Faisal Razmal, the Afghan translator pictured above, may be a fine fellow who genuinely aided US soldiers in Afghanistan. However, a cousin Mohammed who could eventually come via family chain migration may not be so friendly. And some young muslims who are born and raised in America by apparently responsible parents can go violently jihad through a combination of youthful hormones and internet-induced guilt, reflecting the second-generation problem common to Islamic immigration.
Therefore the optimal number of muslim immigrants is ZERO, and the military project to squash ISIS should ideally be conducted via drones and robots only — no troops on the ground who need translators or any human contact.
That strategy is not likely, but the standard human approach creates unacceptable collateral cost for the homeland.

Afghans who aided U.S. forces fighting the Taliban can no longer receive special visas for their service, at least until year’s end, said U.S. senators and advocates who are trying to pass legislation to restart the flow of newcomers.
That visa halt promises to thwart the reunion plans of many in Sacramento’s growing community of Afghan Special Immigrant Visa, or SIV, holders, considered the largest in the United States. Many of them are still praying for loved ones to arrive from the war-torn Central Asian country.
The U.S. Embassy in the Afghan capital of Kabul has officially stopped accepting applications to the SIV program established by Congress in 2009 under the Afghan Allies Protection Act, said Matt Zeller, the founder of No One Left Behind, a nonprofit group dedicated to helping Afghan interpreters begin new lives in the United States. More than 45,000 Afghan SIV holders and their family members have been resettled in the U.S. over the last eight years, including translators, helicopter pilot trainers, doctors, engineers and intelligence specialists.
Every year until 2016, Congress had authorized 4,000 Special Immigrant Visas for Afghans, but last November, Congress extended the program for only 1,500 applicants for all of 2017, far fewer than those eligible to come, advocates said. Many of the applicants live in danger of retaliation by the Taliban and other groups in Afghanistan.
Those 1,500 visas have just run out, less than three months into 2017, shocking many of the estimated 7,000 Afghan SIV holders and their families who have resettled in the Sacramento area, Zeller said. Some have relatives and friends who have applied to come to Sacramento.
“Right now, there are 10,000 applications pending, and each one represents a family of three to four people, so there are 35,000 people whose lives are at stake,” Zeller said.
One of those people is Nawed Mohammadi, a 26-year-old translator who’s worked for U.S. forces since he was 16, said close friend, translator Faisal Razmal.
“I call him my godbrother – we trained the Afghan National Army side by side,” said Razmal, who’s lived in Sacramento for two years.
Since coming to Northern California, Razmal was shot in the face with a flare gun by an alleged gang member and has otherwise struggled to make a life in his new home. Still, he said he feels much safer here than in Afghanistan.
On a recent day in his apartment, Razmal whipped out his cellphone and showed off a photo of Mohammadi, a young man in a green army jacket.
He called Mohammadi “the best guy in the world, honest, a hard worker with combat experience in Paktia, the most dangerous province in Afghanistan.”
After Mohammadi learned of the ban, he called Razmal asking for help.
“He’s just gotten engaged and wants to start a family, but he’s in hiding now,” Razmal said. “I’m afraid I might lose this guy.”
The same goes for Razmal’s cousin and a dozen other translators who have applied for Special Immigrant Visas and have been in limbo for years while they wait for their visas to be approved, he said.
“If you’re the average interpreter in Afghanistan getting screwed by this, you’ve been in hiding for the last four years since you applied and now you’re being told, ‘Sorry, it ran out,’ ” Zeller said.
The U.S. State Department did not respond to several requests for comment from The Bee about the Special Immigrant Visa situation.
If the U.S. government stops issuing SIVs, that could compromise American troops relying on translators in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, said Zeller, a former Army intelligence officer, who said his translator Janis Shinwari saved his life when he was ambushed in an intense firefight.
“My friends overseas are telling me this is a guaranteed death sentence,” Zeller said. “My Afghan translator said, ‘I would never have worked for you guys if I thought I couldn’t get out.’ ”
On Wednesday, Sens. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., John McCain, R-Ariz., Jack Reed, D-R.I., and Thom Tillis, R-N.C., introduced a bipartisan bill to allow more applicants this year into the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa program.
“This is a matter of life and death for interpreters and other support staff,” Shaheen said in a statement. “As we speak, many of them are being hunted down by the Taliban and other terrorists. We have a moral obligation to protect the thousands of Afghans who put themselves, and their families, at risk to help our soldiers and diplomats. To abandon them now would be a stain on our nation’s honor. There’s no excuse for Congress to not act in a bipartisan way to approve these additional visas as it has done in the past.”
McCain added that the Afghan war has gone on for more than 10 years, and “we simply cannot win this war without the assistance of the Afghan people who put their lives on the line to help American troops and diplomats serving in harm’s way.”
Afghanistan was not included in President Donald Trump’s ban on entry of people from seven predominantly Muslim nations. The Trump administration has also cut the number of incoming refugees this year to 50,000, less than half the 110,000 admitted in 2016.
Zeller, who’s based in Washington, D.C., said Congress could lift the ban and restart the program with additional visas in a matter of weeks. That’s what happened in July 2014, when then-Secretary of State John Kerry called on Congress to authorize more visas as they were about to run out, Zeller said.
“Two weeks later, a bipartisan Congress passed a brand new bill to allocate an additional 1,000 Afghan visas,” Zeller said. “The only thing preventing this from getting done now is the lack of courage and will to do the right thing.”
Zeller noted that Trump’s pick for attorney general, former U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama, opposed the extension of the Afghan Allies SIV program and reportedly warned of “abuses” in the program.
Not a single Afghan SIV has been linked to any act of terrorism, said Zeller, who plans to open a branch of No One Left Behind in Sacramento this summer. The Afghans who served alongside him and other U.S. troops were “the best of the best,” Zeller said, “the most loyal, patriotic people you can possibly imagine.”

In addition, welcoming refugees, of whom Muslims accounted for 46 percent in 2016, is not cheap. Breitbart reported yesterday that “American taxpayers will spend more than $4.1 billion in the 2017 budget to support the 519,018 refugees who have been resettled by the federal government in the United States since October 2009.”
Meanwhile across the pond, normally liberal Europeans have rethought open borders welcoming Islam, and now a healthy majority want an end to Muslim immigration entirely — not a little pause as President Trump mandated. A recent poll from the highly respected Chatham House think tank found that 55 percent of Europeans surveyed in 10 nations think a permanent halt is necessary.
And the Europeans are right for once: why welcome the historic enemy of Western Civilization? America doesn’t need any immigrants because of the workplace automation onslaught, and we seem to be plenty diverse already. So why not chill severely on all immigration?

European leaders were quick to denounce President Trump when he advocated a temporary ban on all Muslim immigration to the U.S. during the presidential campaign, but a new poll shows their own constituencies strongly support the idea.
The Chatham House survey published on Tuesday found 55 percent of Europeans from 10 different nations agree that Muslim immigration should be stopped. Just 20 percent say they want migration from the Islamic world to continue, while 25 percent neither agree nor disagree.
Majorities in all but two of the 10 states surveyed agree that “further migration from mainly Muslim countries should be stopped.”
The poll caught the attention of Mr. Trump, who tweeted out the results of the poll on his own, closely followed Twitter account Wednesday afternoon.
The country most opposed to continued Muslim immigration is Poland, where 71 percent of those polled say it should be halted, compared to 19 percent who favor allowing inflows to continue.
Sixty-five percent of Austrians also agree Muslim immigration should be stopped, along with 64 percent in both Belgium and Hungary, 61 percent in France, 58 percent in Greece, 53 percent in Germany and 51 percent in Italy.
Pluralities in Britain and Spain — 47 percent and 41 percent, respectively — also agree that Muslim immigration should be stopped.
The country most opposed to halting Muslim immigration is Spain, and even there just 32 percent are against the idea. Opposition fails to crack 20 percent in most European Union nations, which have seen far greater flows from Syria, Afghanistan and other nations than has the U.S.
Mr. Trump floated the idea of a ban on Muslim migration during the presidential campaign, but backed off of the idea shortly thereafter amid widespread opposition, saying he now advocated “extreme vetting” from countries with records of terrorism or whose internal immigration controls are weak.
Upon taking office, he signed an executive order temporarily halting refugee inflows into the United States until sufficient security measures can be implemented. The order also temporarily banned travel from seven Muslim-majority nations — an order that is on hold amid a fierce court battle over its constitutionality.
The Chatham House poll surveyed 10,195 adults from 10 European nations from Dec. 12, 2016, to Jan. 11, 2017. Roughly 1,000 respondents came from each country.

Huma will likely be a major player in a Clinton2 White House — if she is not in jail. It’s great to see you this morning, so tell us how can she have received a million dollars from a foreign country — it just seems so out of bounds. What are the details?
PETER SCHWEIZER: Yeah, it’s completely out of bounds. When Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State, as a condition of taking that job, Tucker, they agreed to do a number of things: have complete transparency, disclosing donors, donations from foreign governments had to have pre-approval. In this case that didn’t happen, they didn’t disclose it and now this is multiple violations in this regard. So you have Qatar, at a time when the Arab Spring is taking place, they’re very anxious about what US position is going to be, giving a million dollars to the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Foundation not disclosing that, as they had agreed to do.
CARLSON: They’re not required or they were not required by law to do that? I mean this was just a sort of gentlemen’s agreement she made?
SCHWEIZER: Well it was a written agreement with Barack Obama, to his credit, Barack Obama said in order for you to be Secretary of State, you need to do this. Hillary Clinton also said to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee during her confirmation hearings there would be complete transparency, so they failed to live up with it, and the problem is, Tucker, of course they’re making promises now that there’s not going to be any more foreign money, Bill’s not going to give speeches. We got to take that with a grain of salt, or a grain of sand actually, in a way because they have not lived up to their previous commitments, and there’s no expectation that they would now.
CARLSON: Just to put this in context, I want to put a graphic on the screen of some of the money that the Clinton Foundation has taken from foreign governments, so one to five [million dollars] from Qatar, Saudi 10 to 25 million, Kuwait up to 10, UAE up to five, Brunei up to five, Oman up to five, Algeria up to half a million. I mean, among many other things you notice, these are all countries in which women don’t have a Western understanding of civil rights. If she’s president, how is she going to deal with these countries, knowing that she owes something to them?
SCHWEIZER: That’s right, Tucker; add on top of that the speaking fees, the millions of dollars and money from these same governments that ended up in the Clintons pockets. Look I mean this is a huge problem and as much as the Clintons want to say that this money was given with no strings attached, I think we all know that governments like Saudi Arabia don’t give money away for nothing; they expect something in return.
Does anyone think the Clintons won’t even more wealthy if they are allowed to sell the White House and America off for their own profit once again?

SCHWEIZER: “That’s one of the stunning things that comes out in this. These are emails that are her senior staff and there are so many times when you know she is supposed to meet with somebody or talk with somebody, and Hillary simply says, well tell me when to call them and what to say. A lot of decisions are made without her input and it just shows that this is a very staff-driven organization. This is not somebody who is in a sense calling the shots. She’s relying on her staff what to say, when to say it and to set her policy.”
A hands-off management style is not what the nation needs in a president during these dangerous times, particularly when the Wikileaks emails have shown Hillary’s staff to be a corrupt team of weasels who will lie whenever a cover-up is required. And aides certainly shouldn’t be setting important policy, as they apparently did when Hillary was Secretary of State.
Schweizer appeared on Fox Sunday and discussed the latest news about the Clinton email scandal since FBI Director Comey reopened the case. Importantly, Schweizer pointed out the central role of Huma Abedin in everything Hillary Clinton does.
SCHWEIZER: “If you go look back at the interviews that were done by the FBI in the original email investigation, there’s some very very stunning quotes there from Department of State security personnel who are describing how Huma Abedin makes an enormous number of decisions related related to diplomatic factors and others, and to quote one of the security personnel, they had never seen a Secretary of State that dependent on a staff member. So if Huma is stepping away from the campaign, you wonder who’s gonna fill that role for Hillary Clinton.”

Interestingly, the late father Sayed wrote his PhD dissertation on the evil of President Thomas Jefferson going to war against the Barbary pirates to end the Muslim attacks on American shipping. Jefferson had paid the jizya tax — an element of sharia law — until he could construct a navy for the young American nation to defend itself on the seas.
Plus, it’s not like Huma has cut relations with her disreputable family: in fact her mother Saleha was spotted in September doing childcare duties of Huma’s son Jordan in New York City after she announced her divorce from Anthony Weiner.
Finally, Huma Abedin has been staying at home to get her away from the campaign and reporters since she is under investigation. But it’s hard to imagine a Hillary presidency without Huma at her side, whispering Islam-friendly things into her ear. We hope for a different outcome than a Muslim Brotherhood voice in the next White House.
