We can already see the liberal media’s array of smears forming up against likely Republican candidate Mitt Romney, including dog cruelty! Apparently the Irish Setter traveled in a dog carrier on top of the family car during a trip to Canada. (I’m guessing the car was filled up with Romney kids with no room for a big pooch.)

Another animal image was conjured up by Texas’ Rick Perry, that of “vulture capitalism” in describing Bain business practice. Very colorful, Rick! The newsroom apparatchiks are grateful.

One of the more unlikely and nonsensical propaganda forays is the idea of Mitt’s grandfather was a secret Mexican and Gov. Romney won’t fess up to the skeleton in his closet.

Hispanic booster Geraldo Rivera recently complained on Fox News that Romney’s tough immigration enforcement stand doesn’t square with his grandfather fleeing Utah for polygamy-friendly Mexico: “How can you talk about all these Mexicans and never mention that your father is one of them and your grandfather is one of them?” (More at Newsbusters.org.)

Somehow I doubt that granddad went native, and don’t think photos of Romney relatives in sombreros and serapes will be appearing any time soon.

However, it is likely that the public will hear much more about Romney’s polygamous background from the press than we ever learned about the Obama family polygamy.

One symptom of media that are hopelessly enamoured with Barack Obama shows up when they refer to his drunk-driving illegal alien uncle Omar (pictured) as the half uncle, an expression which is new to me. (See article following.) Perhaps that is helpful way to sort things out in Obama’s polygamous family, which can get complicated very quickly. Uncle Omar is the half brother of the President’s father.

The terminology does tend to distance the lawbreaking uncle from the exalted penumbra of the President.

A recent wrinkle in the Uncle Omar story has been his request for the driving record of the arresting officer. Say, what? Uncle Omar nearly crashed his truck into a patrol car and was driving with a blood alcohol level of .14 percent. This latest move is a desperate lawyer’s trick to distract.

Fellow officers pointed out that the ploy is no way to determine guilt or innocence in a case of drunk driving.

Cops rip Obama uncle’s defense, Boston Herald, January 13, 2012

Defense attorneys digging for something to latch onto in a Framingham cop’s driving past are being bashed by the police brotherhood who argue the bust of President Obama’s half-uncle on a drunken-driving charge is the issue, not the officer’s history behind the wheel.

The Framingham cop who arrested Onyango Obama has about a dozen on-duty accidents — mostly minor — to his name, according to records requested by defense attorneys and obtained by the Herald yesterday.

But the paperwork on patrolman Val Krishtal shows none of the dirt defense attorneys said they had hoped to dig up, and cops around the state are saying Obama’s legal team is barking up the wrong tree in its attempts to strike the Aug. 24 traffic stop by painting Krishtal as out of line.

“It’s sort of discouraging” said James Machado, a Fall River police sergeant and executive director of the Massachusetts Police Association. “I understand defense attorneys taking tacks and questioning police officers’ integrity, but to bring someone else’s record out there? What influence would that have on him doing his job? If you have motor vehicle violations, you can’t give out citations?”

Obama’s lawyers, P. Scott Bratton and William L. Harvey III, requested the records after learning Krishtal had totaled his cruiser in November, smashing into a stone wall en route to a report of shots being fired. They say the patrolman may have been driving too fast just before the Obama stop, in which the president’s uncle turned into traffic, cut the officer off and forced him to slam on his brakes.

“We were told he had several motor-vehicle infractions that were investigated by his own department,” Harvey said.

Obama’s blood-alcohol level was 0.14, police said. The lawyers plan to challenge that test as well at a hearing March 1.

The traffic reports they received yesterday detail 14 accidents involving Krishtal between 1997 and September 2011.

The documents, which do not include disciplinary proceedings, include a June 2000 crash in which Krishtal, doing 45 mph, skidded and slid into a sign on a traffic island near the interchange of Route 30 and Route 9; a September 2011 crash where he struck a pole after being distracted by the sound of tires screeching; and a July 2001 mishap where a pedestrian, while reading a piece of paper, walked into traffic and ran into the front left side of Krishtal’s cruiser, crawling at about 5 mph.

Framingham police Lt. Ronald Brandolini said Krishtal, 44, has to his knowledge never been disciplined for driving infractions.

So we little citizens will likely see an increase of actions from the White House that shred sovereignty and endanger Americans.

Below, 2012 Obama voters. (He hopes.)

White House sets new obstacle to immigration enforcement, Daily Caller, December 31, 2011

An administration Dec. 29 memo declares that illegal immigrants may have to be held until they’re convicted in local courts before the federal government will begin deportation proceedings.

The declaration “means lots of criminal aliens will be released if the locals don’t have the resources or inclination to prosecute, or if the [suspect] is found not guilty because of a technicality,” said Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

The new rule shows “the administration wants to give up one of the most important tools in preserving public safety,” said Krikorian. “We’ll have more and more instances of illegals released by police because [federal immigration officials] wouldn’t take them [and] who then go on to commit some heinous crime.”

President Barack Obama’s campaign aides frequently say they’re seeking Hispanic support to win crucial states, such as North Carolina and Arizona. On Dec. 19, for example, Obama’s campaign manager Jim Messina released a video in which he said Arizona was winnable because “hundreds of thousands” of people in the state have not registered to vote.”

The campaign is using Hispanic ethnic lobbies, such as La Raza, to help register Hispanics and to persuade them to vote in November.

But the ethnic lobbies have their own demands.

They want easier immigration for their ethnic or religious groups, including Hispanics, Asians, Arabs, Irish and Muslims.

The public and Congress oppose amnesty bills, so the lobbies’ demands have prompted administration officials to roll back enforcement of immigration laws.

In recent months, Eric Holder, the scandal-plagued attorney general, has launched lawsuits against successful reforms implemented by several states — including Arizona — and has sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s police department in Arizona.

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano has let her political deputies end routine checks of travelers in bus depots and has stopped legal proceedings against many illegals. Her department has ordered immigration officials to largely ignore illegals who have not been convicted of major crimes. She also released the new memo on Dec. 29.

The Dec. 29 memo also announced a new 24-hour legal-aid hotline for illegal immigrants and a revised checklist for federal immigration officers.

The checklist is dubbed a “detainer” form, which federal officers have long used to request a state or local counterparts hold an illegal immigrant for an extra 48 hours beyond that allowed by local courts.

The new “detainer” form includes an additional box that federal officials can tick to “make the detainer operative only upon the individual’s conviction of the offense for which he or she was arrested.”

The political impact of the rollback policy is unclear because most Hispanics voters tell pollsters that their top political priorities are the economy and education, not immigration.

Pollsters say Hispanics’ voting is heavily influenced by candidates’ apparent insults or compliments of their community. That respect factor works to the Democrats’ advantage because many GOP candidates’ support for the enforcement of immigration law is portrayed as personal animus towards Hispanics.

Obama’s approval among Hispanics is down from its 2008 level, however, it remains above 60 percent.

The effort to rollback enforcement of immigration law follows the refusal by the White House to push for an amnesty bill.

The White House balked, in part, because the public and Congress oppose any amnesty that would bring more low-skilled workers into an economy where unemployment is above 10 percent among low-skilled workers, Hispanics and African-Americans.

Unemployment is so high that fewer than 50 percent of African-American males aged between 20 and 30 have a full-time job.

How low will he go? It’s still eleven months until the election but Obama is escalating his hispandering by opening up a hotline for those facing deportation or experiencing some other difficulty in America.

Obama has enacted a administrative amnesty, protected alien workers and decreased deportations (admitting his own high deport numbers were “deceptive”). But these policies are not enough for foreign job thieves and legal hispanics — the Mexicans et al want the whole enchilada.

Presumably the hotline will inform persons claiming to be crime victims about the availability of victim visas, a program growing in popularity that is an invitation to fraud.

I don’t even understand what Politico means by individuals who think they “may be U.S. citizens” — huh? What adult doesn’t know their citizenship?

New hotline for busted immigrants, Politico, December 29, 2011

As states across the nation ramp up their efforts to catch illegal immigrants, the Obama administration on Thursday launched a new free hotline for people busted on violations to get help.

The hotline, run by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, is available 24/7 for detained individuals to phone if they think they “may be U.S. citizens or victims of a crime.”

The hotline will have translation services available in several different languages. ICE personnel will gather the caller’s information and send it to a field office for immediate action, according to the press release.

The purpose of the hotline and other measures, including a new detainer form, are “to ensure that individuals being held by state or local law enforcement on immigration detainers are properly notified about their potential removal from the country and are made aware of their rights.”

The new practices are “part of a broader effort to improve our immigration enforcement process and prioritize resources to focus on threats to public safety, repeat immigration law violators, recent border entrants and immigration fugitives while continuing to strengthen oversight of the nation’s immigration detention system and facilitate legal immigration,” ICE wrote in its press release.

ICE is an arm of the Department of Homeland Security.

So it’s a fine thing to hear a major Presidential candidate say that a public lawbreaker with powerful connections should be sent home. That’s what happened on a Wednesday radio interview in Boston with Mitt Romney. The former Governor opined that Obama’s illegal alien drunk-driving uncle Onyango Obama (pictured below) should be deported.

Hey, don’t forget Obama’s Aunt Zeituni, the illegal alien who is living off the taxpayer in public housing. You would think her millionaire nephew in the White House could pay for her upkeep.

Mitt Romney Says ‘Yes’ To Deporting President Obama’s Uncle, ABC News, December 21, 2011

ABC News’ Michael Falcone reports:

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney told a Boston talk radio host on Wednesday that he supports the deportation of President Obama’s Kenyan-born uncle who was arrested this fall on drunken driving charges in Massachusetts.

When asked by Boston radio personality Howie Carr whether the president’s relative, Onyango Obama, should be deported, Romney said, “the answer is ‘yes.’”

“Well, if the laws of the United States say he should be deported, and I presume they do, then of course we should follow those laws,” Romney said. “And the answer is ‘yes.’”

When Carr brought up Onyango Obama case, Romney first sought clarification: “Who is Uncle Omar, Howie?” the former Massachusetts governor asked the radio host.

Carr explained that the uncle, nicknamed “Omar,” was recently arrested in Framingham, Mass.

“Now he’s claiming he’s got a Social Security number and drivers’ license and no one knows how he got them,” Carr told Romney, “but they’re apparently legit even though he’s in the country illegally.” (Onyango Obama had reportedly defied a 1992 deportation order.)

“Uncle Omar,” who is the half-brother of the president’s father, was arrested on Aug. 24 for driving under the influence, failing to yield and negligent operation of a vehicle. At the police station, he told an officer, “I think I will call the White House,” according to a police report.

A lawyer for Onyango Obama appeared in Framingham District Court in Massachusetts last month to tell a judge that he plans to file a motion to suppress the traffic stop.

According to the Associated Press: “Obama initially was held without bail on a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials on allegations he violated an order to return to Kenya 20 years ago. He was subsequently released and ordered to regularly check in with immigration officials.”

In doing so, citizens agree with the Supreme Court, which determined in 2008 that photo ID is not an undue burden to participate in American elections (High court upholds Indiana’s voter ID law, CNN, April 28, 2008).

The Attorney General has made a big deal out of opposing measures which would prevent voter fraud, and is out of step with the American people in pursuing that course — not for the first time. (For example, his insistence on holding 9/11 terror trials in New York City was very unpopular even among NY Democrats and he eventually withdrew the idea.)

The Obama administration claims requiring voter identification is a resurgence of Jim Crow discrimination against black voters, but indications accumulate that the Democrats hope for a big turnout of illegal aliens to win in 2012.

Seventy percent (70%) of Likely U.S. Voters believe voters should be required to show photo identification such as a driver’s license before being allowed to cast their ballot. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 22% oppose this kind of requirement.

AG Holder has announced he will take up arms against the dozen states which have instituted reforms tightening identification requirements for voting. (Apparently he has plenty of time NOT investigating the Fast & Furious gunwalking to Mexico scandal.)

The Obama administration shows increasing signs that the re-election playbook includes large doses of illegal alien voting. The DOJ move against safeguards preventing voter fraud is yet another indicator.

Photo identification for voting is now more necessary than ever in America due to increased immigration diversity. Legalized non-citizen voting is one strategy of the left, pushed in places like crazy-liberal San Francisco. One scheme they had in the city was proposing that illegal aliens could vote in school board elections — as if foreigners wouldn’t also vote in American elections once they were in the polling place. Fortunately the initiative failed to pass.

In the Chicago style of Democratic politics which spawned Barack Hussein Obama, deceased and non-existent voters are standard operating procedure. Modern voter fraud now encompasses illegal aliens to cover the popular diversity angle.

As November gets closer, I can imagine lots of hints on Spanish-language radio that Obama has kept his amnesty promise as much as was possible given the pesky Republicans blocking the big enchilada. The message in espanol may well be that Mexicans should therefore show their gratitude at the polls: Vote early, vote often! After all, ballots in many places are printed in Spanish. E-Z!

Perhaps the cartoonist below meant “Near-Future Democrat Voters.”

Incidentally, the Supreme Court decided in 2008 that a photo ID requirement for voters was entirely acceptable: High court upholds Indiana’s voter ID law (CNN).

Eric Holder wades into debate over voting rights as presidential election nears, Washington Post, December 12, 2011

The Obama administration on Tuesday will wade into the increasingly divisive national debate over new voting laws in several states that could depress turnout among minorities and others who helped elect the president in 2008.

A dozen states this year tightened rules requiring voters to present state-issued photo identification at the polls, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Although Democratic governors vetoed four of the measures, liberal and civil rights groups have been raising alarms about the remaining laws, calling them an “assault on democracy” and an attempt to depress minority voter turnout.

Supporters of the tighter laws say they are needed to combat voter fraud.

With the presidential campaign heating up, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. will deliver a speech Tuesday expressing concerns about the voter-identification laws, along with a Texas redistricting plan before the Supreme Court that fails to take into account the state’s burgeoning Hispanic population, he said in an interview Monday.

Holder will speak at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Libary and Museum in Austin, Tex., which honors the president who shepherded the 1965 Voting Rights Act into law.

“We are a better nation now than we were because more people are involved in the electoral process,” Holder said in the interview. “The beauty of this nation, the strength of this nation, is its diversity, and when we try to exclude people from being involved in the process . . . we weaken the fabric of this country.”

Some of the measures, most of which were enacted by Republican legislatures, also impose restrictions on early voting and make it harder for former felons to vote. Florida and Ohio, for example — both key battlegrounds — would cut nearly in half the number of days for early voting.

The speech comes as debate is intensifying over whether the primary impact of the new laws will be to keep eligible voters away from the polls in the November 2012 election or deter election fraud.

One study estimated that the changes could affect more than 5 million voters overall, potentially keeping them away from the polls in states that also include Wisconsin, Kansas and South Carolina.

When it comes to voting fraud, some conservatives have long argued that it is a serious problem, although others say the number of such cases is relatively low. Studies of the issue have reached different conclusions on the extent of the problem.

“You constantly hear about voter fraud . . . but you don’t see huge amounts of vote fraud out there,” Holder said.

The voter-identification measures are popular, according to some surveys. Mississippi voters last month easily approved an initiative requiring a government-issued photo ID at the polls.

Groups on the right and left are closely monitoring the Justice Department’s approach to the new laws, along with the redistricting plans enacted in Texas and every state as a result of the 2010 census. Several of the states that enacted voter-identification laws are required under the Voting Rights Act to receive federal “pre-clearance” of any electoral changes to ensure that the changes don’t affect minority political power.

Jon Sherman, a staff attorney for the ACLU Voting Rights Project, said the Justice Department could reject some laws through the pre-clearance process and file lawsuits seeking to stop others from taking effect. “We want the deparment to enforce the Voting Rights Act, not just pay lip service to it,” he said.

Hans von Spakovsky, a scholar at the conservative Heritage Foundation, said Monday that Holder’s stance is driven by “ideology and politics.” He noted that courts have found laws requiring voter identification in Georgia and Indiana to be nondiscriminatory. “Georgia’s law has been in place for five years . . . and not only did the turnout for African Americans not go down, it went up,” said von Spakovsky, a Justice Department official in the George W. Bush administration.

Holder said the laws could depress turnout for minorities, poor and elderly people and those with disabilities who would have difficulty securing valid identification documents. He rejected any notion of politics influencing Justice’s decisions on the new laws.

“We’re doing this in a very fair, apolitical way,” he said. “We don’t want anybody to think that there is a partisan component to anything we are doing.”

Still, as he flew to Texas, Holder also faced pressure from the left. The AFL-CIO, the Advancement Project and other civil rights groups last week delivered a petition to his office demanding that he oppose the new voting laws.

And the NAACP protested Saturday at the offices of conservative billionaires David and Charles Koch, who have aided a group that supports the state laws.

Attentive observers have known for some time that Obama’s claims of record deportations were crap. The President himself admitted in September that the high numbers were “deceptive” and based on phony-baloney counting methods.

Judicial Watch has provided an update showing that the Obama administration goes the extra mile in NOT enforcing federal immigration laws, even as it threatens states that do protect its citizens from illegal alien job predators with removal of funding (DOJ sends letter to Alabama police, warns against discriminating in new immigration law, AP, Dec 6).

Below, the dirty little secret is that some illegals are quite happy to get a free ride home (aka deportation) courtesy of the US taxpayer, like the Guatemalan shown.

Obama Admin Skews Deportation Figures, Judicial Watch, December 5, 2011

The Obama Administration drastically inflated statistics to show that it has deported a record-high number of illegal immigrants with criminal records, according to federal data obtained by a nonprofit university group dedicated to researching the government.

The new documents reveal the figure is actually at an all-time low and rapidly decreasing, leaving the Obama Administration with egg on its face just weeks after bragging about removing an unprecedented number of criminal aliens. In mid-October, Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) director jubilantly announced that nearly 55% of the record 396,906 illegal immigrants deported in fiscal year 2011 were convicted of felonies or crimes.

The real figure is less than 15%, according to federal records obtained by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a data research center that provides detailed information about the operation of hundreds of government agencies. The number of deported criminal aliens has been declining steadily throughout the past year, the TRAC analysis found, even though fiscal year 2010 had an already low level of 16.5%.

In the first quarter of the fiscal year (October – December 2010) 15.8 percent of deported illegal immigrants were charged with engaging in criminal activity, 15.1 percent during the second quarter (January – March 2011), 14.9 percent during the third quarter (April – June 2011), and finally 13.8 percent during the fourth quarter (July – September 2011). The average rate across the four quarters for FY 2011 was 14.9 percent, according to records obtained from the government through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

TRAC analyzed case-by-case records covering all proceedings filed in the nation’s immigration courts, which operate under the Justice Department’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The total number of deportation proceedings for aliens with criminal records dropped from 40,500 in fiscal year 2010 to 33,763 in fiscal year 2011. The number of individuals removed for national security or terrorism decreased from 42 to 30 during the same period.

This certainly contradicts the administration’s claims that it’s focusing on removing criminals while it grants backdoor amnesty to otherwise “law-abiding” foreigners living in the U.S. illegally. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) even issued new guidelines ordering immigration agents to prioritize deporting convicted criminals and those who pose public safety and national security threats.

Obama’s ICE director, John Morton, calls it a “smart and effective immigration enforcement” that essentially relies on “setting priorities for removal and executing those priorities.” If the goal isn’t met, just distort the figures and lie to the American people.

The arguable Numero Uno Traitor of Congress, Rep Luis Gutierrez, has a new scheme to help his pals the illegal aliens. Since the implementation of Obama’s administrative amnesty for all but axe-murdering foreigners, Luis’ latest brain burp is for illegals to carry “papers” which show they didn’t just blow in last week. (Even generous Newt Gingrich thinks newbie aliens should be deported.)

Anything to give the moochers a leg up; that’s the Gutierrez way.

Hey, wait, don’t illegals squawk up a storm when they are asked to show identification of any sort? Which is odd, since many have an array of fake identities with cards to match, unlike us lawful citizens who have just one set.

This item is just the latest foray into amnesty politics for the Illinois congressman. Gutierrez has been quite the Energizer Bunny on getting amnesty for his fellow hispanics for years. He organized two bus tours to drum up support for lawbreaker rewards. I attended one performance in San Francisco in 2009: Pelosi Boards Gutierrez Amnesty Express.

Gutierrez shows all the signs of wanting to expand his political career using the votes of grateful amnesty-receivers, of whom there could be many if he is successful.

Gutierrez to illegals: Carry records, Politico, December 2, 2011

A prominent Hispanic congressman is encouraging illegal immigrants to carry around a “portfolio of documents” that show their ties to the United States – a move he says could help them avoid being deported.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) described his advice to a man he met recently who was picked up in South Carolina for driving without a license and detained when officers who pulled him over and he couldn’t prove his immigration status.

“My suggestion is, Mr. Sanchez, the day he was pulled over, if he had his children’s birth certificate, and his 8th grade graduation diploma to show when he arrived in the United States — all of those things would have helped,” Gutierrez told POLITICO.

The Illinois congressman has recently traveled to South Carolina and Alabama – states where restrictive immigration laws have heightened fear among the Hispanic and other minority communities – and said he has met many illegal immigrants who could have been released if they were carrying proof showing their longstanding ties to the country.

At the heart of Gutierrez’s advice is the so-called Morton Memo, issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director John Morton in June. The memo calls on ICE officers to exercise “prosecutorial discretion” when enforcing the law against people who may not be here legally but who have strong ties to the country.

For example, special consideration is to be given to people who have lived in the U.S. for a considerable length of time, were brought to the country as a young child, received higher education in the U.S., have served in the military, or have a spouse, child or parent who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Gutierrez said it was clear that the Morton guidelines are not being followed in some of the states he’s recently visited. When he questioned ICE officials on why they weren’t using more discretion, he was told it was because some people simply didn’t have any documentation on them.

“We don’t know if they have American children, a son in the military, we don’t know that they’re caring for someone who is sick – all we can do is see if they have a criminal record, and we continue with their deportation,” the congressman said.

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will meet with members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus next week, where the impact of restrictive immigration laws and the implementation of the Morton Memo are expected to be at the center of the discussion.

Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chairman Charles Gonzalez (D-Texas), one of the 11 members of the delegation that traveled to Birmingham, Ala., in November to investigate the effects of the state’s controversial immigration law, said the meeting with Napolitano is “very, very timely” because of the recent surge in the crackdown on illegal immigrants.

He said he will look for clarification from Napolitano on what the Obama administration is doing to ensure that states are practicing prosecutorial discretion.

“We want to make sure that the field personnel are aware and fully understand and are in compliance of the Morton Memorandum, [which] is not the easiest thing when you look at the entire continent of the United States,” Gonzalez told POLITICO. “We’re appreciative that the secretary is making an effort to come [next week], and we’ll have our disagreements.”

News keeps whooshing by so rapidly that sometimes we may wonder whatever happened to a figure who had his 15 minutes of fame, then sank from view. Obama’s was one such, revealed after a drunk-driving bust last August, after living unlawfully in this country for decades, then gone from the front pages.

The President may hope his pair of lawbreaking alien relatives from Kenya (Onyango plus the well dressed welfare queen Aunt Zeituni who lives off taxpayer benefits) disappear from public attention. They are a reminder of how lawless his administration has been overall, particularly regarding border and immigration enforcement.

Or perhaps Obama likes sticking his thumb in the eye of traditional Americans, whom he has characterized as clinging to guns and religion as well as being “xenophobic” (aka favoring borders and immigration enforcement). He’s the President, and he can have as many illegal alien relatives as he wants, and there’s nothing patriotic Americans can do about it, given the squishiness of many judges.

Anyway, the online celebrity tabloid TMZ has a photo of the Obama uncle, who appears comfortably working at a liquor store despite his illegal status.

President Obama’s Uncle: Picture Proof … He’s Still Selling 80 Proof, TMZ, November 16, 2011

The pictures tell the story … President Obama’s uncle, wheeling and dealing behind a liquor store counter. So there’s no doubt, he’s still dodging the deportation bullet … at least for now.

Onyango Obama was busted for DUI August 24th in Framingham, Massachusetts …after almost smashing into a cop car. Immigration officials learned about the arrest, and then discovered the 67-year-old was in the U.S. illegally. In fact, Onyango was on the receiving end of a 1992 deportation order, but it was never enforced.

While Onyango challenges the deportation order, the pictures show … he’s making a living at the Conti Liquor Store.

He’s due in court tomorrow for a hearing on the DUI charge.
