Geert Wilders is one of the most forthright defenders of Western Civilization against the onslaught of Muslim immigration, which is absolutely a war, only without the tanks and airplanes.
The great thing about Wilders is that he isn’t afraid to name the cause of Europe’s Islam problem — immigration. In the interview below, with a liberal journalist, he responded fearlessly to unfriendly questions that “Islam and freedom are incompatible.” He further remarked, “I believe that we should stop the immigration, the mass immigration from Islamic countries.”
How sensible, to believe that Western nations should stop welcoming admitted enemies for the last 1400 years!
TONY JONES, PRESENTER: Now to our guest.
Geert Wilders is the Dutch anti-immigration and anti-Islam MP. He’s the founder of the right wing Party For Freedom.
Next week, Geert Wilders arrives in Australia for a visit that’s been a long time in the making. He planned to come here about a year ago and drew early support from Liberal Senator Cory Bernadi who later distanced himself from the idea.
Now he’s being sponsored by the anti-Islamic group The Q Society, on a road trip that’s sure to fire debate over what constitutes free speech or hate speech.
Geert Wilders joins us now live from The Hague. Thanks for being there.
GEERT WILDERS, LEADER, PARTY FOR FREEDOM: Well, thanks for having me on your show tonight.
TONY JONES: Are you on some sort of global jihad against Islam?
GEERT WILDERS: Indeed. I am more on a global jihad to preserve our freedom. I believe that even though I have nothing against the people or Muslims or anybody for that reason, I believe that Islam and freedom are incompatible. And I believe that the mistakes that we made in Europe in the last decades by allowing so much mass immigration from Islamic countries is a warning that if Australia is not vigilant enough to preserve the freedom, what has happened here might happen to Australia in the next decades as well.
TONY JONES: So very precisely you plan to warn Australian audiences of what you see as the danger of Islamic migration, is that correct?
GEERT WILDERS: Well, yes, I believe that once again, Islam and freedom are incompatible. Islam is according to me, my party, not so much a religion as well as it is a totalitarian ideology. In Islam there is not much room for anything else but Islam.
Look how in societies today where Islam is dominant and prominent, how any non-Islamic person, whether it’s a Christian or an apostate or a woman or a critical journalist, how they are treated. This is in a very bad way, often with the death penalty or imprisonment or all those kind of terrible things.
I believe that what with the mass immigration to our free societies, our societies will change, and it will change for the worse. And I’m proud to say you are not a racist or a bigot or anything like that if you say that the Netherlands, as Australia, is a culture based on Christianity, on Judaism, on humanism, and it should not, nor ever will become a society based on Islamic failures. We should fight it, we should stop it, we should be proud of who we are and define what we are not. Continue reading this article
At the end of October, Dutch political leader Geert Wilders traveled to Malmo, Sweden, for a speech sponsored by the Swedish Free Press Society. Malmo, the third-largest city in Sweden, has been particularly hard hit by Muslim immigration, a place where firemen insist on a police escort when entering an Islamic neighborhood because of the danger.
Dear friends, I am very happy to be in your midst today. Thank you, Ingrid, for inviting me to address the Swedish Free Press Society. No demonstrator will prevent me to speak in Sweden.
I love Sweden and its people. One of my great heroes, Raoul Wallenberg, was a compatriot of yours. Wallenberg embodies all that is good and generous in the Swedish people. He defended the freedom and dignity of others. He protected those who had been marked for death by an evil ideology. And he gave his own life for it.
Recently, your minister for Integration, Erik Ullenhag, was in The Hague on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Wallenberg’s birthday. He abused the occasion to attack my party, the Dutch Party for Freedom.
Minister Ullenhag said that in Sweden a party like mine would never be given the opportunity to influence politics. I wonder what these remarks had to do with Wallenberg. But I know that Mr Ullenhag is wrong: Like the Netherlands, Sweden, too, and all the Western countries need a party defending freedom.
Because Sweden has the same problem as the Netherlands, Denmark and the rest of the Western world. We are all in the same boat. Our freedoms are in danger. Our political and often leftist media establishment turns a blind eye to the largest threat to liberty in our present age. This threat is called Islam.
Islam commands its followers to establish a worldwide Islamic state, where everyone has to live according to the Sharia, the barbaric law of Islam. And where Islam’s opponents are being marked for death.
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn used to say that the truth is “seldom sweet; it is almost invariably bitter.” But the truth should be heard. The bitter truth that Islam is the largest threat to freedom today. And the unpleasant truth that Islam is already all around us. Continue reading this article
The Norwegian author and human rights activist Hege Storhaug is currently visiting Canada to speak in Ottawa June 8 to the Free-Thinking Film Society. She will give a talk with Bruce Bawer titled “The Problems of Immigration in Europe.”
She sat down for an interview with the Vlad Tepes Blog to discuss Muslim diversity.
In the 1990s Storhaug traveled all over Pakistan, even to the tribal areas. She would routinely bicycle around Islamabad at that time. She reports that it was “shocking” to feel the lack of freedom during her recent visit, compared with only a few years ago because of increased Islamization. Her friends told her not to leave the city because of safety concerns.
Even so, she would rather stay in Islamabad than Rosengaard, a section of the Swedish city of Malmo, known for its hostile Muslims. She thinks it will be about 10 years for a Rosengaard-like neighborhood to form in Oslo.
When asked about safety for women now that so many Muslims live in Scandinavia, she replied, “There is no doubt that the freedom, the level of freedom I had as a young woman, young women in Norway will not have, and don’t have actually today and they will not have it in the future, as far as I can see. So the freedom for women in Europe is going backwards.”
“Girls in school, they are mocked by Muslim boys and they dye their hair black, yes. Blondes are dying their hair black, that is correct. And some of them also move to other parts of Oslo to be let alone.”
How has diverse (i.e. Muslim) immigration been working out in Sweden?
Not so well, as it turns out. A mosque in Malmo was firebombed in an unfriendly act by homies (apparently), and of course Muslims have not made much of an effort to assimilate. Diversity appears to be more of a curse than a blessing.
In France, the consequences of the failed ideology of multiculturalism are becoming more evident, according to a recent visit to Paris by CBN. The consensus of those interviewed is that civil war will be inevitable because of the wrong-headed policy of multiculturalism favoring Muslims, which has been pursued in France for decades. Admitting millions of Islam followers was a dreadful mistake, because the cheap post-war Arab labor found life in the first world too advantageous to leave, as European leaders had assumed.
A French woman shopkeeper has been raped, robbed and had acid thrown at her. She is a rare native French person in a neighborhood which has become Arabized, but doesn’t want to give up her small bastion of French culture. Violent crime is how Muslim immigrants express their gratitude toward France for being admitted to the first world from their retrograde countries.
Another sign of dangerous weakness: even after President Sarkozy’s much heralded enactment of a burqa ban last year, women still wear the individuality-erasing sack, as seen on the street in Marseille. What’s the point of passing a law and then not enforcing it? The government appears painfully weak and would have been better off to avoid the subject.
And France isn’t alone in having lost control of internal territory. Germany is also plagued by Muslim neighborhoods that are no-go zones for citizens, and dangerous for police (No Go Zones in Berlin Are Noted). A 2009 report by CBN was an eye-opener about Allah’s gangsters in Scandinavia: Malmo, Sweden: Growing Muslim Influence.
View the future that accompanies Muslim immigration; we have been warned:
PARIS – In a northern district of Paris, a brave shopkeeper named Marie-Neige Sardin guards her newsstand like a military fort. As a white woman, she is a minority in the mostly Arab-speaking Muslim area.
Sardin has been the victim of dozens of crime — raped, robbed, and having acid thrown at her, as other residents try to get her to leave.
Still, Sardin — the daughter of a French soldier — calls her little shop “a piece of French soil inside occupied territory,” and says she will not leave.
“I can’t bear to tell my future grandchildren that I have done nothing to preserve our French values. So, staying here is marking our territory,” she explained.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel recently admitted that multiculturalism has failed. British Prime Minister David Cameron also agreed. They were talking specifically about immigrants from the Muslim world.
The left’s multicultural dream was to give Islam a special place in society, with no requirement to assimilate. But rather than bring social harmony, multiculturalism has encouraged radicalism and the spread of sharia law.
And it’s creating a new tribalism with groups organizing along religious and ethnic lines.
‘No Go’ Zones for Natives
In cities across Europe, only a massive police presence prevents open street warfare between groups. Paris police must keep a constant vigil like their counterparts in Sweden, Denmark and Britain.
France has some 751 “No Go” zones. The French government has labeled these areas “sensitive urban zones” that are dangerous for whites and non-Muslims to enter.
French writer Guy Milliere said even the local authorities stay out of these zones.
“It means that it’s the part of the country where the police don’t go,” he said. “The firemen don’t go and even doctors and ambulance don’t go, except if they have no other choice.”
“And it’s like that because these parts of the country are in the hands of drug traffickers, gangs and imams,” he continued.
That has led to the formation of groups who want to oppose Islam and protect the white native French. In Nice, Philippe Vardon leads one of those groups called Bloc Identitaire. He told CBN News members are being trained in hand-to-hand combat.
“Our government, our politics are leading us to war,” he said.
Vardon said the government treats the majority in France like a minority. They have been marginalized politically and victimized by immigrant crime.
“There is on one end, the political speech which says, ‘Oh, everything is okay. It feels so good to feel the difference, to live together, everything is great. We live in harmony. It’s communion. It’s perfect,’” Vardon explained.
“And on the other hand, you got the truth of what people are feeling. They are feeling like foreigners in their own country,” he continued.
‘Anti-Islamization’ Only for Show?
The French government has made high profile moves against Islamization, such as outlawing the veil. But in Marseille, CBN News witnessed Muslim women wearing full burqas in front of French police officers who did not respond to them.
CBN News team also saw Muslims blocking the streets illegally for Friday prayers.
Marseille is France’s second largest city and today, is about one quarter Muslim. But there are parts of Marseille that are completely Muslim. In reality, some of the “No Go” zones function like micro states that are governed by or under the influence of Islamic sharia law.
France’s Dark Future
French journalist and author Alexandre del Valle says society is slowing dividing and faces a dark future.
“We see that our society is dividing between those who are Muslim and those who are black and those who are white,” he said. “Instead of the state bringing people together, people are dividing.”
“It’s civil war. It will not be a civil war like in Spain under Franco. It will be a kind of local civil war,” del Valle added. “In fact, I think one day it will be so unbearable that the state will be obliged to send in the army.”
Today in Europe, there are many victims of multiculturalism like Sardin — people without political voices who are afraid to leave their homes. But she vows not to surrender.
“Do we want our daughters to wear veils in the future? Do we want them to live under sharia law? Do we want stoning to be practiced? No, it is not possible,” she said.
“I want to be the symbol of ‘No.’” she added. “The symbol of ‘Stop.’”
Sweden has suffered greatly from Muslim immigration. Malmo, the third-largest city, has been afflicted with the usual Islamic hostility toward authority: for example, firefighters and emergency workers need police protection when entering the mostly Muslim neighborhood of Rosengard. Diversity immigration has also brought Sweden a Muslim Rape Wave, indicating multiculturalism has not been a big success (particularly for women).
So it’s perhaps not a big surprise that Sweden experienced its first suicide bombing, where the Muslim only managed to kill himself, although two bystanders were injured. Why should the West continue Muslim immigration at all? What’s the benefit?
STOCKHOLM — Two blasts rocked the center of Stockholm Saturday night in what Sweden’s foreign minister called “a terrorist attack” that killed one person and wounding two.
The blasts Saturday took place after Swedish news agency TT said it received a threatening letter about Sweden’s military presence in Afghanistan and a years-old case of caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad.
“Now your children, daughters and sisters shall die like our brothers and sisters and children are dying,” the news agency quoted the e-mail as saying.
Asked if a man found dead at the site of the second blast blew himself up in some way, police spokesman Kjell Lindgren said: “It is possible.”
The incident began when a car burst into flames in the city center, followed by explosions from within the car which the police said were caused by gas canisters.
Another explosion took place, in which the man died, about 300 meters (yards) away. Two people were wounded in that blast.
“Most worrying attempt at terrorist attack in crowded part of central Stockholm. Failed – but could have been truly catastrophic,” Foreign Minister Carl Bildt said in a message on Twitter, which was also shown on his blog.
