What kind of faith has to insist on a daily basis that it is a “Religion of Peace”?
One that isn’t, perhaps?
Paul Weston is a defender of western civilization, not an easy thing in Islam-endangered Great Britain these days. He is also the Chair of Liberty GB and occasionally uses Youtube to share his thoughts about politics in the face of unfriendly diversity.
Weston’s latest effort concerns the claim of Islam to be peaceful, and he criticizes that idea (not hard, really) plus a challenge to Prime Minister David Cameron to act honestly regarding the security threats in today’s Britain because of the enemy inside the gates.
How can you tell when a civilisation is in danger of collapse? That’s easy, it’s when every leader of every country that make up Western civilisation no longer accept reality and deal only in lies and cowardice when presented with genuine danger. In the midst of worldwide Islamic violence, war, terror, torture and rape we are told Islam is a religion of peace over and over again, which reminds me of George Orwell’s dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four … which was supposed to be a warning rather than a political manual on how to run a country.
Nineteen Eighty-Four revolved around an imaginary England run under socialism. There were four main governmental ministries which exerted total control over the population: the Ministry of Love, which housed torture room 101 within a windowless building surrounded by machine-gun posts and truncheon wielding secret policemen; the Ministry of Plenty, which dealt with near-starvation; the Ministry of Truth, which dealt in rewriting history via lies and propaganda; and the Ministry of Peace which dealt in perpetual war with Oceania and Eurasia.
David Cameron and other Western leaders don’t appear to have read it. Every time I hear them say Islam is a religion of peace I am constantly reminded of Orwell’s doublethink and newspeak 1984. It is a sign of total cowardice to state Islam is peaceful when it is in fact an ideology of supremacism and war. Islam is the Koran, the Koran is Mohammed and Mohammed was a warlord and a murderer.
Although Mecca today is the international shrine to Mohammed, he first had to defeat the Meccans when they laid siege to his exiled home in Medina. Mohammed won the battle and was then involved in the execution by beheading of 700 Jewish male members of Medina’s Qurayza tribe. The women and children were taken as slaves and sex slaves. Back to the video: it is titled, “Welcome to Sweden, or Sweden Committing Suicide.” It’s one way to answer the nation’s liberal leaders who just gave away everything to a pack of foreigners from an unfriendly culture. Isn’t that act normally considered treason?
On Tuesday, I blogged about the explosive numbers of Syrian refugees — now two million — after several years of war but before General Obama’s military strikes. Surely more chaos in the region will cause even more people to flee the danger, and become refugees. One might reasonably fear an Obama decision to admit kazillions of Muslim Syrians to this country to demonstrate his enormous benevolence to the diverse downtrodden of the world.
But the offer from Sweden for resettlement of any and all Syrian refugees is crazy-generous.
Sweden’s 2012 census counted 9,555,893 residents of the nation. An influx of a million Syrian refugees (only half of the number reported) would overwhelm Swedish society with an alien, unfriendly culture.
Sweden has become the first European Union country to announce it will give asylum to all Syrian refugees who apply. ”All Syrian asylum seekers who apply for asylum in Sweden will get it,” Annie Hoernblad, the spokeswoman for Sweden’s migration agency, told AFP.
“The agency made this decision now because it believes the violence in Syria will not end in the near future.”
The Dutch freedom-fighter Geert Wilders (pictured) visited southern California last weekend to deliver a speech at an event titled “Europe’s Last Stand?”
Wilders analyzed the history and wrong ideas leading to the current liberal dislike of national sovereignty among European liberals, namely their belief that Nazi fascism was caused by bad patriotism.
As it happens, liberals believe that if they can just find the perfect construct of government, then utopia will result, so they keep plugging away, trying to find the secret recipe. California liberals, for example, have led the charge for diversity being the highest good, which if somehow turned into a principle of governance, then everyone can live happily in a multicultural Eden.
The California experiment has not been encouraging, from the liberal viewpoint, if honest. The Golden State gets less like paradise and more like Babel every year, with its growing population of diverse residents.
The unaccountable European Union is the real problem with government in Europe, Wilders believes, which doesn’t allow the Netherlands to protect itself by keeping out hostile Muslim immigrants. Disconnecting from the giant EU PC nanny state would allow more freedom of the people.
At a time when Washington’s super-sized digital snoopocracy feels threatening to Americans, we should all pay attention to Geert Wilders’ wise observations about patriotism and the nation-state.
The Resurgence of National Pride and the Future of Europe, Speech of Geert Wilders, Los Angeles, June 9, 2013
Dear friends, thank you for inviting me to Los Angeles. I always like coming to the United States. There are many things that I admire Americans for. One of them is that they are unashamedly patriotic.
The American Freedom Association [actually, the American Freedom Alliance: BW] has asked me to speak to you about the future of Europe.
Europe is in a terrible state. Bit by bit, European countries are losing their national sovereignty. The economy is in shambles. Islamic immigrants riot and terrorize the many locals. And when people’s throats are slit in the streets, while the murderers shout “Allahu Akbar,” the authorities appease the killers and declare that Islam has nothing to do with it.
Europeans feel that the gap between them en those who rule them is growing. Many no longer feel represented by their politicians. There is a complete disconnect between the people that truly rule Europe and the people that live in it.
The blame lies to a large extent with the European Union and the weak leadership within the European countries which have signed away their national sovereignty. The EU cannot be compared to the United States. Europe is a continent of many different nations with their own identities, traditions and languages. The EU is a supranational organization, but its leaders aim to turn it into a state. To this end they are destroying the wealth, identity and freedoms of the existing nation-states of Europe.
Before I elaborate, let us take a closer look at the terrible mistake that Europe made.
Following the Second World War, Europe’s leaders mistakenly thought that patriotism was the cause of the war.
All over Europe, not just in Germany, but everywhere, they equated the defense of national identity with extremism.
Politicians told the electorate that the nation state was dangerous.
On the rooftops of Europe’s parliaments and official buildings, they flew the EU flag next to the national flag, as if the nation is nothing but a province of a Pan-European empire.
On the number plates of European cars, they put the EU flag instead of the national flag, thereby forcing people to drive around with the symbol of their subjection.
They signed away their national interests for the goal of so-called Europeanization.
Such policies could never have been possible if the ruling elite had not fallen for the ideology of cultural and moral relativism. Patriotism, which is a virtue, came to be seen as a vice.
Today, the citizens of Europe are reaping the bitter harvest of this arrogance, this refusal to stand by the ancient nations of Europe, the mothers of modern democracy, the guardians of our liberty.
The EU stands for everything that is wrong in Europe.
It is a gigantic undemocratic transnational monster.
It issues legislation permeated with cultural relativism.
It meddles in the everyday lives of millions of people.
It has opened Europe’s borders to uncontrolled mass immigration, mostly from Islamic countries. And it has deprived Europe’s parliaments of a huge amount of their legislative powers. Continue reading this article
This refugee story is quite the opposite of what one usually sees. Instead of going straight to the welfare office for an array of free stuff, Somali woman Amun Abdullahi attempted to contribute to Swedish society by reporting as a journalist about the jihadist group Al-Shebaab, an al Qaeda spinoff, operating in a Swedish city.
Amun was ostracized and threatened by other Somalis residing in Sweden for blowing the whistle on their jihadist activities. But she was also criticized by Swedish scribblers for discussing an unpleasant topic that blasphemes the belief that diversity is the highest good. As a result, she has given up on the West and is going back to live in Mogadishu and work as a teacher.
It’s a shame that Swedish society couldn’t embrace a courageous woman willing to tell the truth about the largely hostile Muslim tribe which Sweden continues to import.
Amun is a journalist, and the first thing you notice is
that she has more passion for journalism than most people do.
Let’s say that if all the jobs in the world were a person, then the journalist would be the head
and all the other jobs would be the different parts of the body.
Now that you have spoken so warmly about journalism,
I have to assume that you would like to work as a journalist in Sweden?
Never… I wouldn’t do that.
Amun came as a refugee in 1991, first arriving in Umeå,
which she describes as one of the most beautiful cities on earth.
Later on she moved to Rinkeby near Stockholm.
She had made the whole transition from refugee to reporter on Swedish Radio.
And her knowledge and contacts as a Somali led her onto a story which changed her life.
One morning she recognised a young Somali,
who had changed character after studying religious scripture.
That was the beginning of an investigative report,
in which she revealed how a leader of am after-school activity center lured youths into Al-Shabab
“It’s half past five, you are listening to Ekot.
Many of the young men from Sweden recruited by the Islamist rebel group Al-Shabab
have come from an after-school activity center in Rinkeby.”
After the report was aired, Amun received numerous threats.
And one night her car was torched on the street.
But she had prepared herself for the threats and social ostracism.
But she was not prepared for what followed later on.
A few months later criticisms emerged from an entirely different front.
From her own colleagues on one of Sweden’s most influential political radio shows, “Konflikt”
Here Ekot’s and thereby Amun’s research was dismissed as mere “hearsay” and “rumors”.
Behind it stood Randi Mossige-Norheim, who has been awarded
the Swedish “Grand Journalism Award” among many others
It’s simply normal to ask “did it really happen?”
I don’t think we made a claim of truth. And I could say that about many things.
We did not say that anything was correct or incorrect.
-You didn’t claim anything was correct or incorrect?
No, we didn’t say anything was correct or incorrect.
But isn’t it your job to say, that which is correct?
But what I mean is, we don’t judge anybody. We don’t judge anybody. Continue reading this article
The great thing about Wilders is that he isn’t afraid to name the cause of Europe’s Islam problem — immigration. In the interview below, with a liberal journalist, he responded fearlessly to unfriendly questions that “Islam and freedom are incompatible.” He further remarked, “I believe that we should stop the immigration, the mass immigration from Islamic countries.”
How sensible, to believe that Western nations should stop welcoming admitted enemies for the last 1400 years!
TONY JONES, PRESENTER: Now to our guest.
Geert Wilders is the Dutch anti-immigration and anti-Islam MP. He’s the founder of the right wing Party For Freedom.
Next week, Geert Wilders arrives in Australia for a visit that’s been a long time in the making. He planned to come here about a year ago and drew early support from Liberal Senator Cory Bernadi who later distanced himself from the idea.
Now he’s being sponsored by the anti-Islamic group The Q Society, on a road trip that’s sure to fire debate over what constitutes free speech or hate speech.
Geert Wilders joins us now live from The Hague. Thanks for being there.
GEERT WILDERS, LEADER, PARTY FOR FREEDOM: Well, thanks for having me on your show tonight.
TONY JONES: Are you on some sort of global jihad against Islam?
GEERT WILDERS: Indeed. I am more on a global jihad to preserve our freedom. I believe that even though I have nothing against the people or Muslims or anybody for that reason, I believe that Islam and freedom are incompatible. And I believe that the mistakes that we made in Europe in the last decades by allowing so much mass immigration from Islamic countries is a warning that if Australia is not vigilant enough to preserve the freedom, what has happened here might happen to Australia in the next decades as well.
TONY JONES: So very precisely you plan to warn Australian audiences of what you see as the danger of Islamic migration, is that correct?
GEERT WILDERS: Well, yes, I believe that once again, Islam and freedom are incompatible. Islam is according to me, my party, not so much a religion as well as it is a totalitarian ideology. In Islam there is not much room for anything else but Islam.
Look how in societies today where Islam is dominant and prominent, how any non-Islamic person, whether it’s a Christian or an apostate or a woman or a critical journalist, how they are treated. This is in a very bad way, often with the death penalty or imprisonment or all those kind of terrible things.
I believe that what with the mass immigration to our free societies, our societies will change, and it will change for the worse. And I’m proud to say you are not a racist or a bigot or anything like that if you say that the Netherlands, as Australia, is a culture based on Christianity, on Judaism, on humanism, and it should not, nor ever will become a society based on Islamic failures. We should fight it, we should stop it, we should be proud of who we are and define what we are not. Continue reading this article
At the end of October, Dutch political leader Geert Wilders traveled to Malmo, Sweden, for a speech sponsored by the Swedish Free Press Society. Malmo, the third-largest city in Sweden, has been particularly hard hit by Muslim immigration, a place where firemen insist on a police escort when entering an Islamic neighborhood because of the danger.
Dear friends, I am very happy to be in your midst today. Thank you, Ingrid, for inviting me to address the Swedish Free Press Society. No demonstrator will prevent me to speak in Sweden.
I love Sweden and its people. One of my great heroes, Raoul Wallenberg, was a compatriot of yours. Wallenberg embodies all that is good and generous in the Swedish people. He defended the freedom and dignity of others. He protected those who had been marked for death by an evil ideology. And he gave his own life for it.
Recently, your minister for Integration, Erik Ullenhag, was in The Hague on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Wallenberg’s birthday. He abused the occasion to attack my party, the Dutch Party for Freedom.
Minister Ullenhag said that in Sweden a party like mine would never be given the opportunity to influence politics. I wonder what these remarks had to do with Wallenberg. But I know that Mr Ullenhag is wrong: Like the Netherlands, Sweden, too, and all the Western countries need a party defending freedom.
Because Sweden has the same problem as the Netherlands, Denmark and the rest of the Western world. We are all in the same boat. Our freedoms are in danger. Our political and often leftist media establishment turns a blind eye to the largest threat to liberty in our present age. This threat is called Islam.
Islam commands its followers to establish a worldwide Islamic state, where everyone has to live according to the Sharia, the barbaric law of Islam. And where Islam’s opponents are being marked for death.
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn used to say that the truth is “seldom sweet; it is almost invariably bitter.” But the truth should be heard. The bitter truth that Islam is the largest threat to freedom today. And the unpleasant truth that Islam is already all around us. Continue reading this article
She sat down for an interview with the Vlad Tepes Blog to discuss Muslim diversity.
In the 1990s Storhaug traveled all over Pakistan, even to the tribal areas. She would routinely bicycle around Islamabad at that time. She reports that it was “shocking” to feel the lack of freedom during her recent visit, compared with only a few years ago because of increased Islamization. Her friends told her not to leave the city because of safety concerns.
When asked about safety for women now that so many Muslims live in Scandinavia, she replied, “There is no doubt that the freedom, the level of freedom I had as a young woman, young women in Norway will not have, and don’t have actually today and they will not have it in the future, as far as I can see. So the freedom for women in Europe is going backwards.”
“Girls in school, they are mocked by Muslim boys and they dye their hair black, yes. Blondes are dying their hair black, that is correct. And some of them also move to other parts of Oslo to be let alone.”
How has diverse (i.e. Muslim) immigration been working out in Sweden?
Not so well, as it turns out. A mosque in Malmo was firebombed in an unfriendly act by homies (apparently), and of course Muslims have not made much of an effort to assimilate. Diversity appears to be more of a curse than a blessing.
In France, the consequences of the failed ideology of multiculturalism are becoming more evident, according to a recent visit to Paris by CBN. The consensus of those interviewed is that civil war will be inevitable because of the wrong-headed policy of multiculturalism favoring Muslims, which has been pursued in France for decades. Admitting millions of Islam followers was a dreadful mistake, because the cheap post-war Arab labor found life in the first world too advantageous to leave, as European leaders had assumed.
A French woman shopkeeper has been raped, robbed and had acid thrown at her. She is a rare native French person in a neighborhood which has become Arabized, but doesn’t want to give up her small bastion of French culture. Violent crime is how Muslim immigrants express their gratitude toward France for being admitted to the first world from their retrograde countries.
Another sign of dangerous weakness: even after President Sarkozy’s much heralded enactment of a burqa ban last year, women still wear the individuality-erasing sack, as seen on the street in Marseille. What’s the point of passing a law and then not enforcing it? The government appears painfully weak and would have been better off to avoid the subject.
PARIS – In a northern district of Paris, a brave shopkeeper named Marie-Neige Sardin guards her newsstand like a military fort. As a white woman, she is a minority in the mostly Arab-speaking Muslim area.
Sardin has been the victim of dozens of crime — raped, robbed, and having acid thrown at her, as other residents try to get her to leave.
Still, Sardin — the daughter of a French soldier — calls her little shop “a piece of French soil inside occupied territory,” and says she will not leave.
“I can’t bear to tell my future grandchildren that I have done nothing to preserve our French values. So, staying here is marking our territory,” she explained.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel recently admitted that multiculturalism has failed. British Prime Minister David Cameron also agreed. They were talking specifically about immigrants from the Muslim world.
The left’s multicultural dream was to give Islam a special place in society, with no requirement to assimilate. But rather than bring social harmony, multiculturalism has encouraged radicalism and the spread of sharia law.
And it’s creating a new tribalism with groups organizing along religious and ethnic lines.
‘No Go’ Zones for Natives
In cities across Europe, only a massive police presence prevents open street warfare between groups. Paris police must keep a constant vigil like their counterparts in Sweden, Denmark and Britain.
France has some 751 “No Go” zones. The French government has labeled these areas “sensitive urban zones” that are dangerous for whites and non-Muslims to enter.
French writer Guy Milliere said even the local authorities stay out of these zones.
“It means that it’s the part of the country where the police don’t go,” he said. “The firemen don’t go and even doctors and ambulance don’t go, except if they have no other choice.”
“And it’s like that because these parts of the country are in the hands of drug traffickers, gangs and imams,” he continued.
That has led to the formation of groups who want to oppose Islam and protect the white native French. In Nice, Philippe Vardon leads one of those groups called Bloc Identitaire. He told CBN News members are being trained in hand-to-hand combat.
“Our government, our politics are leading us to war,” he said.
Vardon said the government treats the majority in France like a minority. They have been marginalized politically and victimized by immigrant crime.
“There is on one end, the political speech which says, ‘Oh, everything is okay. It feels so good to feel the difference, to live together, everything is great. We live in harmony. It’s communion. It’s perfect,’” Vardon explained.
“And on the other hand, you got the truth of what people are feeling. They are feeling like foreigners in their own country,” he continued.
‘Anti-Islamization’ Only for Show?
The French government has made high profile moves against Islamization, such as outlawing the veil. But in Marseille, CBN News witnessed Muslim women wearing full burqas in front of French police officers who did not respond to them.
CBN News team also saw Muslims blocking the streets illegally for Friday prayers.
Marseille is France’s second largest city and today, is about one quarter Muslim. But there are parts of Marseille that are completely Muslim. In reality, some of the “No Go” zones function like micro states that are governed by or under the influence of Islamic sharia law.
France’s Dark Future
French journalist and author Alexandre del Valle says society is slowing dividing and faces a dark future.
“We see that our society is dividing between those who are Muslim and those who are black and those who are white,” he said. “Instead of the state bringing people together, people are dividing.”
“It’s civil war. It will not be a civil war like in Spain under Franco. It will be a kind of local civil war,” del Valle added. “In fact, I think one day it will be so unbearable that the state will be obliged to send in the army.”
Today in Europe, there are many victims of multiculturalism like Sardin — people without political voices who are afraid to leave their homes. But she vows not to surrender.
“Do we want our daughters to wear veils in the future? Do we want them to live under sharia law? Do we want stoning to be practiced? No, it is not possible,” she said.
“I want to be the symbol of ‘No.’” she added. “The symbol of ‘Stop.’”
Sweden has suffered greatly from Muslim immigration. Malmo, the third-largest city, has been afflicted with the usual Islamic hostility toward authority: for example, firefighters and emergency workers need police protection when entering the mostly Muslim neighborhood of Rosengard. Diversity immigration has also brought Sweden a Muslim Rape Wave, indicating multiculturalism has not been a big success (particularly for women).
So it’s perhaps not a big surprise that Sweden experienced its first suicide bombing, where the Muslim only managed to kill himself, although two bystanders were injured. Why should the West continue Muslim immigration at all? What’s the benefit?
STOCKHOLM — Two blasts rocked the center of Stockholm Saturday night in what Sweden’s foreign minister called “a terrorist attack” that killed one person and wounding two.
The blasts Saturday took place after Swedish news agency TT said it received a threatening letter about Sweden’s military presence in Afghanistan and a years-old case of caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad.
“Now your children, daughters and sisters shall die like our brothers and sisters and children are dying,” the news agency quoted the e-mail as saying.
Asked if a man found dead at the site of the second blast blew himself up in some way, police spokesman Kjell Lindgren said: “It is possible.”
The incident began when a car burst into flames in the city center, followed by explosions from within the car which the police said were caused by gas canisters.
Another explosion took place, in which the man died, about 300 meters (yards) away. Two people were wounded in that blast.
“Most worrying attempt at terrorist attack in crowded part of central Stockholm. Failed – but could have been truly catastrophic,” Foreign Minister Carl Bildt said in a message on Twitter, which was also shown on his blog.
